Not that sturdy and near their maximum allowable thickness (3/4”) they may take a bit of hand strength to properly engage and place but really super easy to use. Good value.

The clamps work really well, when you can get them on. The springs are so hard, it makes it almost impossibele to pull them back and get them on the frame.Once they are on, they are as good as they say they are.

Never knew anything like this existed!!! My husband would always tell me to use clamps but.....They are very nicely constructed and work perfectly for my project! I wish I had known something like this existed! They not only hold my corners in place (when refinishing) but the also allow me to know when the piece in working on is not square because they fit each corner perfectly!Very stable and accurate, plus they're perfect for small or large hands! These are a time saver!!! They are also supporting loaded and easy to square your corners! I love them!!! Now I'm thinking of getting a bigger size for other projects!

I used these to hold inexpensibe, custom cut picture frame corners together while glue set, and it worked Ok for that. I would t use it for precision joints though; where the joints meet is open on the outside and the spring tensioner on the inner part sometimes causes the Joints to separate.

Made it a lot easier to assemble my latest project.

I haven't used them , but I did play with them. They work good like they should. They seem well made but they are only sturdy for the size wood they list. There are different sizes, I bought the small unit.

I bought these to help me build nest boxes for my chickens. I have to say I am impressed. They do their job, and did not cost an arm and a leg. Please keep in mind these aren't heavy duty ductile iron clamps to squeeze the ever living daylights out of the wood. Theyvare just to hold the corners together so you can at the minimum; tack the wood together. They work like a champ for me. The springs aren't tremendously strong, but strong enough to do the job. That's all I wanted. I can't ask for any more than that. Not for the price anyway.

Works as advertised. Keeps your angles at 90 degreed after you do minor adjustments. The spring has enough force to hold your construction material together. Gives you an extra pair of hands. I would recommend.
