The subject home safe was delivered complete with wall/floor anchors and a silicon pouch. One thumbscrew to fasten the internal shelf was loose and knocking when the package was moved but there was no internal damage and the screw was easily screwed back into its proper place.I initially had some trouble opening the safe and the referenced video instructions were useful as I found that the combination code must be input without any pause to open the safe. After several practice runs, I now have no problems operating the safe. I find the safe a cost-effective solution to hold valuables that would normally be kept in a small bank safety box. A relatively minor nitpick is that the included silicon pouch could be the width of a no. 12 envelope which would lie flat on the bottom. All in all, recommended.

I BOUGHT THIS SAFE TO KEEP MY HARD DRIVES, MY CAMERA, VALUABLE DOCUMENTS AND PICTURES. IT IS BIG ENOUGH TO HOLD 10 HARD DRIVES AND STILL HAS ENOUGH ROOM TO HOLD MORE STUFF. MY NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE BURNED DOWN AND LOST EVERYTHING. VIDEO, PICTURES AND VALUABLE DOCUMENTS CAN NEVER BE RELACED IF LOST IN FIRE AND NATURAL DISATER. I HOPE THIS FAFE PROVIDES PROTECTION IN CASE SOMETHING HAPPENS.

This is not what anyone thinks of when you say "SAFE". I don't know what kind of metal it's made of, but it doesn't seem to be steel. It feels like multiple thin layers of metal that flex when pressed. The locking mechanism feels loosey-goosey, and the three locking bars are minimal in size. There are four holes in the safe to secure it to the floor and/or back wall, and the door doesn't appear to have enough overlap to truly make it waterproof or fireproof. I could not find any definitive testing in this regard. It's a good size safe, but it's like a lot of "knock-off" type products we get from China (don't look real close at it). I'm returning this product, and recognize that I will have to pay more for a real SAFE.

I found this product to be. I have a very high quality and it was easy to install. It’s a lot room here than it looks and I am very happy with my purchase.

I have no complaints and haven’t come across any of the issues mentioned by those who had a negative experience. It does the job exactly as intended.

My husband and I had been looking for a safe for a long time but it's hard to find one that isn't an arm and a leg. This safe fits perfectly on our bookshelf side table. The keypad option is great as well!

I checked prices on safes at Lowe's, Walmart, Home Depot. Their prices were 2 and 3 times the price of this safe and it was a little larger. It has 3 locks. It comes with hardware to attach to the floor. I was 100% pleased with the value and the quality of this safe. I would highly recommend it
