Works great for those pesky hot flashes

I’m using black cohosh for menopausal hot flashes. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at bedtime. Lucky me has hot and sweat flashes all day and night. The higher dose of this capsule using twice daily has helped. I said unsure because I don’t know how often the flashes would be now without this product. Yes, still have hot flashes but much better or easier to deal with than without. Definitely worth trying. It does take some time to start working in your system.

I have been taking a lower dosage of Black Cohosh and was experiencing continued hot flashes and night sweats. Since taking this product, I've noticed less hot flashes and night sweats.

My hot flashes were gone after a few days and I’m sleeping so much better, however the high dose (suggested max dose is 40 mg, this is 150 mg of extract) has caused me to spot/bleed after just a week and a half. This is a concern, as I am menopausal. I’m ordering another brand of just the 49 mg to see if it helps with the side effects.

These Black Cohosh supplements came packaged nicely. The best thing is they are made in the USA.These supplements are for menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes. I haven't had many issues with any of that, but thought I would get these for those occasional bad times.From reading the ingredients, I see these contain everything needed to help with menopausal and post menopausal symptoms.I began taking them a couple of days ago. It's too soon to know how well they will work, or if they work at all.The pills are easy to swallow, and so far, no adverse effects. If anything does come up, I'll update this review. I recommend these to try if you take Black Cohosh.

I am in perimenopause, and I suffer from night sweats and hot flashes more and more often now. I have been doing some research on options, and black cohosh was one of those to try. The pills are an acceptable size for swallowing unless you are averse to larger capsules. It's not the largest I've had to take, but it's not tiny either. So keep that in mind. I haven't experienced any burping up after taking these capsules either, so that's been good. My symptoms are sporadic, so I can't say for sure if this supplement is helping or not, but I haven't had any hot flashes or night sweats since starting them. So I'm hopeful. Also, I haven't had any side effects, but I do know it is possible. So if I experience any changes I will update my review.

Black cohosh is one of those supplements that works for some people but not for others. The jury is still out in this house! Hard to tell if it's working to be honest. Also, a big negative for this "Amazing Formulas" black cohosh is that it has the Prop65 warning on it. I"'m glad the disclosure is on the bottle, but yikes! Makes me want to look for another brand.

I have been using this product for over a week and NO change. My menopause is still the same! And they don't guarantee the product, so a waste of money. So disappointed!
