Works - Takes a little set up - No Instructions - Some pressure on pelvic area
I did not use the side straps for the dumbbells so this review won't cover that, I am only using it with the chain. The side straps for the dumbbells feels like it takes more work and it is only secured by gravity on a type of hook, so if it is pushed up and then down it could possibly fall out. I am using this for squats and pullups mostly.Pros:- Feels Secure - It feels like it can hold a lot of weight, including the chains and straps. However, the weak point would be the carabiners that hold everything together. It can hold 2 loops, which is all you need. But I tried 3 once and it all fell apart for some reason.Neutral:- Comfort depends on position variables - I do feel some uncomfortable pressure on my pelvis or pelvic bone sometimes. This depends on what type of weight you are using, how you set it up, the exercise you are doing, and the positioning of your body.Cons:- Takes some set up - You basically have to wrap it around you, use carabiner to hold chain to one chain side, then do the same on the other chain side. One or both of the carabiners then need to hold also the side loops together to form a circle for your waist. Sometimes it would be just easier for me to just hold the weight while squatting or use my weighted vests for pullups since I just have to put it on and take it off.- Squats take some adjustments - The weight hangs too low for a normal squat. So either you have to carabiner lower on the chain (making the weight closer to you) or you have to squat on top of something or you have to hold the weight up while you squat.- No instructions - Comes with no instructions at all. You have to figure it out yourself or use this Amazon product listing and figure it out from the pictures and videos here.

Feels solid
So, this is an interesting combination of a dip belt and a thrust belt. This is the first dip belt I've owned, and I have to say, I like it. It sits securely around my waist, and the extra weight does make the dips more interesting (I cannot do a pull-up to save my life, so I cannot comment too much on that part). One thing I don't like there - the carabiners are kind of on the smaller side, hardly large enough for what they are supposed to do - but they are also easily replaced. The thrust belt function originally had me confused. even though the idea seemed straightforward, the attachment mechanism looked a little insecure. While I have to say I would feel better with something that really locks than depends on gravity to hold it in place, for what I've used it so far, it seems reasonably sturdy.Overall, the belt seems to be well-made, and able to withstand a good amount of weight (at least based on my current, rather limited abilities). If you are new to this, this belt will take a learning curve, both for your brain and for your muscles. Unfortunately though, the belt came with no instructions. YouTube is good enough to get you started for the brain part... as for the muscles, wish me luck. For the price, I think that it is a good option based on the flexibility it offers. Even though I would have loved to see some better carabiners, I would recommend it.

Makes Squats Better
I am using this belt for squats. It doesn’t come with instructions so I needed to study the photos on Amazon page. Once I figured out how to attach the chain through the kettlebell to each ends of the belt it was easy to put it on and do squats. It was a little tricky getting the chain short enough for the kettlebell not to be too low and hit the floor when squatting. The pad is comfortable and holds securely during a squat. It is well made and should hold up to a regular workout program.

New addition to gym bag!
I really love that it comes with multiple ways to use it. This will be helpful in my workouts to allow me to hold the weights with this belt rather than trying to hold weights and perform the reps correctly and with good form. I love that it includes a carrying set. Although the pack doesn’t come with instructions, there are videos on how to use it available on the Amazon page that you buy it from.
