I love protein bars. Protein bars are so convenient. They are a well-balanced way to quickly eat a snack when either you don't have time to make a meal, or just don't want to go make one, go order one, etc. That being said, there is a wide array of nutritional information on the protein bars out there. There are also a wide amount of choices of flavors, sizes, ingredients, etc. in the protein bar market. I am attracted to the fact that this was a shark tank product. It allows the customer a little more insight into the company that's readily available in video on the product itself. However, I was a little disappointed in the inclusion of sugar alcohols in the ingredient list. Sugar alcohols cause my digestive system so much disruption sometimes that it's almost intolerable. I ended up purchasing this product anyway because it only lists 3g of sugar alcohol a bar, so I figured I'd look past it. I ended up enjoying the taste of the bar, I could really taste the peanut butter, and the bar did end up keeping hunger at bay after consumption. These bars don't have to be refrigerated, but I did anyway because I like them a little chilled. The cold helps bring out the flavor sometimes. I think that these bars definitely compete with their size, flavors, and nutritionally with the current bars commonly found in stores. Cost wise they are on par with some of the higher end products but not so high in price that it can't be justified. There is a good chance I'm probably buying more to try some different flavors. I would also recommend this product to family.

Good flavor, good texture . Good healthy and helpful ingredients and most of all thank you for being gluten free .Downers are small size, high price and break into small pieces when you eat .

I Loved these protein bars. They fill you up without adding a bunch of calories. Not a whole lot of ingredients. I like that there is only 3G sugar , but don’t like the sugar alcohol , I wish they avoided it as there is monk fruit for the sweetness. The bars are of the right size.Cost was very high compared to similar product.

Bars are delicious! Nutrient dense and low sugar. Minimal preservatives if any. They rank very high for good clean foods. The peanut flavor is fresh too. I am satisfied and will continue using after my workouts.

The flavor on these bars is a delightful rich and crunchy peanut butter! I’ve never had something with so many brain superfood ingredients taste so good! The protein amount is great. I feel like these could easily be morning pick up snack/light meal or an evening wind down treat. All the added superfoods make the price worth it, the taste and texture is added bonus!

The flavors included in the variety pack are spot on! I had my first one today—the cookie dough flavor—and it was as good as eating a sugar-filled candy bar!! I especially like the melt I was of the chocolate. Other brands are skimpy on the chocolate, but not this one!! And I know I was reimbursed for the cost of the pack, but I would say this regardless. The Mosh bar is way better than similar brands.

i only received them a few days ago, but my initial impression is that they are smaller than I thought, and smaller than any other bar I've purchased. I have not seen any befefits yet as I have only had a couple of them. I dont understand however, why i was able to purchase cookies and cream flavor from Amazon, but they are not available on their website. The multi packs, which are a good option to try different flavors, all seem to include bars that have nuts in them. Since I cannot eat nuts, I cannot purchase a multi pack.

These bars are decent. Ingredients are good and amount of protein is good. I prefer them in the fridge over leaving them in the pantry. They do have a protein flavor/aftertaste which I don’t love, but is to be expected for most protein bars. My mom loves these though! Would love a plant protein option.
