Installation was easy and straightforward. I've installed these bidet type attachments before so I was already aware of what to expect. The components that came with it were solid and good quality. I've never had them come with the leak tape but it was easy to use. The bidet does not take up that much room on the toilet and I had no need for the bumpers that come with it. In the particular toilet I installed it in, I didn't have a ton of room for adjustment simply based on how the back curve of toilet is but it lines up right. There is no nozzle cleaning function on this, which would have been nice. It's not the softest, either, and has a fine line between harsh and too soft which I find is usually the experience with these. However, it works just fine and for most people, it just takes some time getting used to it. Once you do, you'll miss having one everywhere you go. It really makes a huge difference and this is an affordable option.

My family jumped on the bidet bandwagon, before the threat of toilet paper shortages came about. We have use so many different brands over the years, and the new house was in need of some new ones. This non-electric bidet from Ciays was quick and easy to assemble. The most difficult part was just snapping the main piece with control to the small outer anchor section. Once they connected, it was easy to align the bidet mounting holes over the holes in the toilet, and then hold in place. This was installed on a round toilet bowl, and the spray was on 'target', on both nozzles. The problem, though, was that there was a minor height difference, but it was quickly resolved by installing the three booster plastic pieces on the actual toilet bowl. The seat now sits level and secure. I am not a fan of the boosters, since they have open cells that do not lend themselves to easy cleaning. They work, but cleanliness is paramount, especially with the toilet. The only other issue I have, which could be more to do with my plumbing than the bidet, is that the water pressure is wicked strong, and there is no real fine line between a sprinkle and a fire hose, which isn't that enjoyable! I am not knocking down multiple stars, though, as a result of this. I think this would work better on an elongated toilet, where hopefully the boosters would not be needed.

hey..I always thought bidets were kind of weird and they really are. it squirts a concentrated water stream to you bum hole. It kind of tickles, but i have actually grown to enjoy needing to wipe less. You use less TP and not needing to wipe until you dont see any more brown left on the TP. Just turn the knob to squirt and shimmy your bum a bit to get the areas needed and you're good to go. Just a quick little TP wipe up afterwards since there is no bum dryer. I always like top do a precautionary wipe after the squirt just to make sure theres no lingering chocolate left in the wrapper if you know what I mean. Overall it does a great job and now I kind of want one of those luxurious ones with all the bells and whistles and the bum dryer. Give it a shot you will like it!

UPDATE: updating to 1-star - the bidet stopped working after just 3 weeks, no pressure is coming through. I suspect the slim design and narrow waterways are the culprit - internal piping got blocked somehow, rendering the whole device useless. Will not recommend.My husband managed to install this bidet and it works. The water stream seems to be thicker and more forceful than my previous bidet (similar model).The only issue with the installation is that it was hard to get the parts to snap in place together. My husband had to use a hard surface and some swear words to make it work, it wasn't as easy as pictured.Other than that, we shall see how long will it last. Previous model lasted 6 years until we had to move.NB: Didn't last long, not recommended.

after experiencing this, I now will go out of my way to use the bathroom that is equipped with it. It does spray out of the toilet if using the female sprayer, so keep your legs closed tight! lol this thing has range.

Great!! Easy to install and this has changed my life for the better. Esp during that time of the month, it’s refreshing and now I can’t live without one
