Tastes good and does the job, but rather expensive. Doctor recommended electrolyte salts for dizzy spells. I will get more once tub is empty.

FINALLY! A great electrolyte mix in a canister.
It's got it all. First of all, it **works.** Your body knows right away when it's getting what it needs for hydration and cramps. Good electrolyte balance, great taste (lemon lime), no extraneous ingredients – just the basics. I do a quick shake with a little room temperature water before filling the bottle. Cheaper than Liquid IV or LMNT, and just as good if not better. See very detailed price comparison by another reviewer. Please don't ever change your formula or get bought out by some cheap foreign knock off.

The mango flavour was out of stock so i decided to try the lemon lime and it feels much more refreshing and obviously still has the amazing hydration effects you get from the product. It has changed my life for the better, I routinely start my mornings with a scoop and it has been AMAZING. Every single human on this planet should take hydration seriously and this product is a premium solution to your hydration.
