I bought this to replace an expensive mistake!This camera is everything I need and works well with the solar panel. (The previous other brand needed taking in every week to charge and took half a day! ) So this one is a way better set up.The quality of the video is way better than the expensive one I bought previously from another mainstream retailer.No ongoing fees or subscriptions.It's pretty much plug and play.Discrete but enough of a deterrent. I use it instead of the doorcam...it's easier and better all round.Very pleased with the build quality, aesthetics and ease of use.

So, I returned home from holiday and noticed a few things had disappeared from my garden. This spurred me to purchase a video camera to monitor the property.I did a fair amount of research and was looking for a wire free option as the house I live in rented...I didn't want to start drilling holes everywhere and running wires through walls and window frames!At last found a few options that suited my needs. This one however stood out; it comes with a solar panel so I don't need to plug any other power supply in...its totally self contained.The solar panel is quite small so was un sure how well it would charge the battery. I needn't have worried....it charges the camera perfectly well....its not been particularly sunny of late and the battery level is maintained around 60 to 67% by the solar panel.Set up is extremely easy...plug it in, scan the QR code and follow the instructions...couldn't be more straightforward; it was literally 3 minutes and it was done.Three screws each for the camera and the solar panel and its now mounted above the front door..another 5 minutes. So maximum 10 minutes and it's installed and running.The app works great too...can monitor the camera from work or anywhere else via my smartphone.I put in a 128gb sdhc micro card for hard copy recordings as well as signing up for the free week of cloud storage.....I'll certainly sign up for a storage plan, just unsure of which one will suit me.The camera itself is very well made of decent quality materials and the LED is plenty bright enough to cover the front of my property at night.Picture quality is great with a 2K sensor but you can also use an SD stream for lower data usage if needed. Either way the picture quality is good enough for car reg identification or recognising faces ...no blurry images here!There is also a siren but haven't had cause to use it ....its reasonably loud, certainly loud enough to act as a deterrent.To summarise this is a great camera that ticks all the boxes and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone in the market for a security camera and floodlight.

Purchased this camera following a colleague having brought one a few weeks back and being impressed by what it offers. It doesn't disappoint and performs exactly as intended and described. Camera is secured by 2 screws and comes with a template to accurately drill the holes. The solar panel is secured by a further 3 screws and just plugs into the camera to power it. I installed a 128gb SD card to allow more memory for saving images/videos. I did have to adjust the setting on my virgin router from 5ghz to 2.4ghz as explained in the product description to make it compatible with my wifi network. This was probably the hardest part of the whole operation as the router setting password is located on the bottom of the router and different to the network password (this has nothing to do with the IGEEK product itself).I initially installed the camera high up on a gable end and the wifi signal was not strong enough, so i relocated closer to the router. After adjusting some of the notification settings on my phone it eventually allowed the app to ping my phone with each alarm activation. The app is quite straight forward and easy to use to setup the camera perameters. Once set up (which didnt take long) the images are clear and smooth. The LED light is bright and the alarm is loud. The tannoy feature is also very good for speaking from the camera. All in all very happy with purchase so far

Pro's: 1) Looks robust solid build quality 2) Dead easy to install. If you follow the instructions, you'll have no issues. Mine connected at the first time of asking. 3) You can control movement via the app. 4) Batter life is decent (even before you add the solar)Night light motion sensor is very cool. Probably a bit annoying for folks walking past though. FREEZE!! 😂Cons: 1) 2K Picture Quality? Is it heck. This is 720p MAX.2) Viewing capacity. It see's a LOT LESS than I imagined it would. I have EUFY that gives me proper panoramic (width & depth- it cost £30 more to be fair). This gives you letterbox. Its only saving grace is the you can control its movements with the app, which is cool. Detection is a bit hit and miss.UPDATE: Solar charging is largely ineffective. The battery drains heaviky during the day and without bright sun, it does not charge at all. So now that summer is effectively over. It will require pulling off station to charge.Do I recommend? Hmm... 50/50. I'm on the fence. I like the cool features. But I' not 100% sold. But its reasonably decent value for money. There is nothing bad about it. Only elements that could be better. Solid 4 stars. But next time I would sepnd a bit more and buy abother EUFY with built in solar.

I have been looking for a budget friendly camera that I can self monitor as my car has been hit twice in the last 6 months since we have on street parking. This camera serves the job. Not only does it have great phot quality if includes a solar panel to keep I charged and the voice feature and night vision are great additions. The picture quality is great and app is easy to install and navigate. If you are looking for a camera to monitor to keep your home safe I would highly recommend you check it out. Plus the customer service with this product has been great . I haven’t had any issues, but the item was delivered quickly and they were quick to follow up to see if I had any questions or needed additional assistance with getting things running. Don’t skip out on this offer!

L'ho presa per metterla sotto al terrazzino, rivolta verso la porta di ingresso.Il pannello ha il filo abbastanza lungo da poter essere posizionato anche un po' lontano dalla telecamera quindi molto comodo.Ormai ce l'ho da parecchio tempo e posso dire che funziona perfettamente, sia di giorno che di notte. Infatti grazie al pannello rimane in funzione anche tutta la notte.Consiglio di metterci la scheda SD così da poter registrare il video per ogni evenienza.Se mi si rompesse la ricomprerei, anche per l'app facile da usare.

Cominciamo con il dire che la telecamera da una buona idea di robustezza, confezione ok con accessori e istruzioni, anche se il venditore in anticipo me le aveva già inviate. Facile l'installazione ed il primo collegamento, almeno io non ho avuto problemi. Esistono almeno 2 app per utilizzare la telecamera, CamHi e CamHipro, la prima versione ha forse una grafica un po' più accattivante, la versione pro è un pochino più completa, permette di scegliere le fasce orarie in cui registrare, "simpatica" la traduzione dall'inglese ma comunque ugualmente comprensibile.Ottima la visione in ore diurne ed altrettanto in quelle notturne. Ho installato una scheda SD nell'alloggiamento a telecamera già montata senza nessuna difficoltà, permette registrazioni in continuo, spezzetta i filmati in file di durate settabili, oppure su intervento del sensore di movimento o sonoro. Il sensore di movimento è molto sensibile, soprattutto durante le riprese notturne, l'infrarosso accentua la sensibilità per cui è necessario impostare due settaggi diversi per le riprese notturne e quelle diurne se non si vogliono continui alert. devo segnalare che abitando in campagna ho una notevole presenza di insetti notturni che "disturbano". C'è la possibilità di attivare una sirena interna a fronte di una rilevazione di movimento, ovviamente non aspettatevi una sirena pari a quella di un antifurto, ha la possibilità di inviare e-mail con foto su alert ma a me non interessava per cui non l'ho provata, Io l'ho collegata ad una rete wi-fi con un buon segnale, a volte all'inizio del filmato si vede un po' a scatti, non ho ancora provato con il cavo eternet. l'ho installata all'esterno in un posto no protetto, è stata interessata da un paio di acquazzoni e al momento ha retto benissimo.Al momento l'ho utilizzata solo con l'app dal cellulare ma è possibile la visine anche da PC (non provata).Ha un ottimo angolo di ripresa, non so dirvi di preciso quanto ma si avvicina molto ai 90°, la utilizzo per visionare un cortile lungo circa 15 metri ed anche in visione notturna la qualità delle immagini è ottima.Per correttezza bisogna dire che il venditore promette una scheda SD in caso di recensione a 5 stelle, ma questa recensione vi posso garantire è imparziale indipendentemente dalle promesse.L'ho pagata circa 45€ e devo dire che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è decisamente da 6 stelle.Per l'utilizzo che ne ho fatto finora sicuramente la consiglio.

The ieGeek Security Camera is pretty well built - I say this having some experience with the previous model which had some issues with the camera housing being a bit weak - the body seems stronger and better built. The install is easier on this model only requiring two screws with wall anchors (if needed) to install. The screws could be a little longer, but they are adequate. The mounting plate is fixed to the camera body unlike previous models in which it separates for installation. The video quality and night vision are very good without being super high res taking up too much of the memory. The free cloud storage only gives you 6 second snippets and only holds it for 30 days (I think?) but it's enough to download if you have an event (break-in or package theft or whatever). And the cloud service is reasonably priced if you end up wanting more cloud storage. It takes up to 128 Micro SD card for local storage. It very quickly and easily connects to my wifi. The app seems a little clunky at first, but once you get explore it a bit it is pretty easy to navigate. I do wish it could go a bit wider on the view, but it is pretty decent as evidenced in the attached photo where you can see the coverage is about a full 90 degree shot of the front of my house from front to carport on side. Quickly notifies if the motion detection is on. It has options for alarms and strobe lights if desired. The solar panel with only afternoon/evening light adequately charges the camera. I've never had the battery run down while using. I would recommend this new model camera if you are looking for an affordable camera with pretty robust features. Questa è la quarta telecamera a batteria IeGeek che acquisto. Due sono fisse, poi è sopraggiunto un problema e mi occorreva una a motore, che potessi muovere io. Sono andato sul sicuro con questa telecamera. L'app di gestione è particolarmente facile e intuitiva (molto migliorata dalla prima versione), l'installazione è rapida e veloce e la telecamera molto reattiva ai comandi impartiti, il motore gira benissimo per una visione complessiva che si avvicina tantissimo ai 360°, la qualità immagine è buona anche nella modalità LD, e la visione notturna nitida. in più questa telecamera è dotata di due faretti led che permettono di illuminare l'area circostante che si possono accendere tramite app. Ha una sirena, abbastanza forte e il pannellino solare incluso nella confezione è quella ciliegina sulla torta che mancava! Che dire, ottimo prodotto! consigliatissimo!
