I had sore nipples after a long run in the rain. I bought some of those circular plasters first. They did the job, but they covered such a big area that I could feel them pulling the skin as I ran, and on one run, one of them peeled off. They weren't bad, but they weren't good enough. So on the recommendation of a well-known running magazine, and also a friend who uses them, I bought these. Expensive, but worth it. They come with less wasteful packaging than the other sort. Each one is simply a small adhesive disc of textured plastic. They are easy to put on, although the instructions say prepare your nipples with rubbing alcohol, which I suspect very few people really do. My first run with these was over 40 minutes, quite sweaty, and with light drizzle. The discs stayed firmly but comfortably in place, they prevented chafing, and they were then easy to remove, completely painlessly, in the shower. 62 pairs is more than 2 months' supply for most runners, so the cost is not too bad. Update. I have now done many long runs using these. True story: on Sunday morning, I ran over 10k, got home, did my stretches, had a shower. Monday morning, I got up, had a shower, went to work. Tuesday morning, I got up, was in the shower, and found I had not removed these NipEaze after my Sunday run. No discomfort, no no skin reaction: they had stayed secure and completely unobtrusive, and they came off easily. Inadvertently, this was an excellent test of the product!

Anyone who runs any length will know that nip soreness is not fun. After finishing the Berlin Marathon with blood stained nipples I knew I needed something to help. Someone recommended these and they are fantastic. I wear them for all runs 10k or longer and they do the trick. They are comfortable to put on (sometimes I forget I have them on), they stick really well (not once had one fall off) and are easy to remove. For me, these are literally the perfect product.

Aside from my trainers these are my most important item of running kit. Easy to apply, easy to remove and do what they are supposed to do.

I play tennis regularly and am a very heavy sweater so even the best quality sweat wicking sports wear, I still get chafing. Not had it once since I've been using these though, they're great! I was a little hesitant as these aren't big enough to cover the whole nipple but works just fine only covering the centre. My only complaint is the price really - seems a bit steep for what they are. Taking them off can be a tad painful at times too as they stick so well, but they have to so they don't peel off when they get wet from sweat so I can forgive this. It's definitely far, far less painful than the chafing used to be and not something I fear doing. Removing them when in the shower or bath helps somewhat too, but very little tbh - just make sure you don't get any hairs stuck on them and it's not too bad.

Finished my run the other night & got home & walked through the door to gasps! I hadn’t actually noticed but all of the front of my running shirt was red from bleeding nibs. Did a bit of research & realised that runners/joggers nipples is a thing…So I bought these. Amazon delivered them next day…put them on & off I went…Came home 2 hours later & it hadn’t stayed on…dunno what happened to it? £18.99 for nothing! They’re going back! 🙄

I run, I have good kit including my tops, but I also sweat and no matter how good the top, at some point the nipple rub will happen for me. This results in days of pain! These really work for me, I need to make sure there's no hair in the way and slap it on the old nipples. Sometimes I miss and they're off centre but it makes no difference, they work. Also found them to be very strong - have on a number of times jumped in the show with them and washed and only found them when drying, still stuck to me!

Son perfectos para hacer deporte. En mi caso hago bastante cardio y se mantienen perfectamente incluso tras dos horas de entrenamiento. No notas que los llevas encima e incluso en la ducha no se desprenden fácilmente. Y lo más importante, a la hora de retirarlos no producen ni la más mínima molestia. Como pega que son un poco caros pero aún así son totalmente recomendables.

Typiquement le genre de produit que l'on regarde en rigolant tant que l'on n'a pas été confronté au problème ! Et pourtant ! Le jour où on est concerné, on voit les choses différemment ! Efficace, tiens très bien en place, y compris si vous transpirez beaucoup, protège parfaitement le mamelon des blessures.

Guter Artikel, der tut, was er soll. Empfindliche Brustwarzen decken die transparenten, atmungsaktiven Abdeckungen sehr gut ab und halten auch. Gerade bei schweisstreibenden Sport, da sie wasser- und schweissrestistent sind, was ich bestätigen kann. Die Entnahme ist eigentlich recht einfach, kein dämliches Gefummel, ein wenig Glattstreichen und gut. Man spürt die Sport-Nippel-Abdeckungen überhaupt nicht. Ich kann die Dinger nur empfehlen, trotz des Preises.

Veramenti ottimi, non ci si accorge neanche di averli e sono molto tenaci anche dopo lunghe distanze. A volte mi è capitato di "dimenticarmeli" addosso dalla mattina alla sera, nonostante docce e sudate a lavoro, e di ritrovarli ancora perfettamente attaccati. Il belo è che quando poi li vai a togliere vengono via molto facilmente senza lasciare tracce di adesivo sulla pelle. Ho preso la taglia più grande e sono grandi circa come una moneta da 1€, quelli più piccoli secondo me sono veramente troppo piccoli. Preso la confezione da 50 coppie, dato che li uso solo nelle corse lunghe e solo con alcune maglie che tendono ad irritarmi, mi durerà parecchio. Sicuramente consigliatissimi.
