I work in a restaurant so I need a knife to cut with mostly being fish. Using this knife to cut flounder with was so smooth and satisfying going right through with no problems at all. This knife only cost 11 dollars and it's most definitely worth way more than that pretty much a steal for the price!!!!

We'll update this review as time goes on, because time is what often makes these knives worthless. At this early time, they cut very well, the handles and covers are great, and the sharpener seems to work.

Perfect size

Needed something with a cover so I wouldn't cut myself up. Very handy to have.

This is an excellent knife with clean cuts, and I have used it for meat cutting and even dicing/cutting fruits and veggies. It's a must for those cooking in the kitchen.

I've been using the Home Hero Paring Knife for a bit now and I must say it's pretty sharp and does the job. The nonstick coating is a nice touch. However, I was hoping for a thicker blade. It feels a tad flimsy and I worry about applying too much pressure when cutting. Still a decent knife, but just be gentle with it.

NICE KNIFE BUT DOESN'T HOLE AN EDGE.

Great knife, has held an edge through countless sinks of dishes and washes. We use it on wood cutting boards and they are still sharp, my go to knife these days, handle fits my hand well and it's quite light, I highly recommend.
