I wasn’t sure about these . As I’ve tried all sorts of shoes and massage and treatment as I started experiencing sharp pain in my left heel when I’m walk all day it’s bad first thing . These are a welcome relief . It hasn’t stopped the pain as I’ve only just tried them . Next step to see my chiropractor

This product is ideal for people with bad feet plenty of support on the arch and heel for pain relief quality insole. .

Not for Me
These half insoles appear to be well-make and sturdy, but I am sorry to say I just couldn't get on with them. I found them too hard and you have to have just the right shape of shoe to fit them in. Full insoles seem to suit me better, but each to their own. Could be just the solution for other people.

On a short 1hr walk they were great. Unfortunately the raised extra cushion under the heel caused me a blister on a longer 4hr walk.The raised arch was very comfortable but the raised cushion under the heel translated to movement sideways.

Small size
I’m a size 4.5uk and the small wasn’t big enough. I would go up a size. The company are fabulous to deal with and I had no issues with sorting my problem out
