worked well both on a long run and HIIT
I did 30+ k run on three of these. they worked surprisingly fast, given they contain no caffeine.Also tried before HIIT session and it felt like the right fuel.The taste is, well, as good as the taste of mildly worm flavoured goo can get, but honestly, as long as it doesn't make me puke, I call it a win :)Happy with the stuff altogether, will buy more when this supply runs out

Natural Tasting Gels
