Tan & Tone is applied exactly as you would a body lotion - you can apply it with or without a tanning mitt. Exfoliate or dry body brush the skin beforehand, and apply the self tan lotion by massaging into the body in upward strokes for extra firmness. For best results, leave on for eight hours or more before showering.
