Product came when expected and with both packages at the same time. All hardware came along with it as well. Instructions were easy to understand and came with pictures as well. Seller we very commutative and willing to answer any questions.Only things that are cons would be the wireless signal for the led lighting is really short but not a huge issue. Also you'll need the bed matress on frame prior to pulling down the frame. It won't come down initially without the weight and will feel as though it might break or twist. Another tip would be to not fully tighten anything until you have it assembled. Makes it easier to get everything together and will need to adjust the lifting mechanism for the storage area. All in all it's an awesome bed and would recommend this bed and purchasing with this seller.

I love that it’s not upholstered because I have 2 cats and they don’t scratch this material. I love the extra storage and look. The lights are a great touch…don’t need a night light! Only thing the USB ports on top doesn’t work.

The media could not be loaded.  So it's a great bed, got a few pieces backwards but was able to figure out the problem and get it fixed. Blackberries r connects to r but it goes on the left side of the bed not the right. And same with l and l. Still working on trying to place the connecter box that the remote catches to, to turn the light on. Currently having to stand right behind the bed. But it was fine before I moved the bed so an easy fix. The lights are gorgeous. I wish they had a king I would get one for myself.

The bed is put together except for the two hydraulic shocks. They are not working! It is really heavy to lift the mattress and bedding to get in the storage space. I tried contacting the seller, and just received one shock! It is also not working! Amazon said no refunds and the seller is trying to get me to take a $30 credit! No thanks! I just need the working parts. This is insane.

Buy it without any hesitation I know there are no reviews that’s how I felt before buying it but now that I have it I’m absolutely loving it

The bed is really nice I had trouble at first with the storage part getting it to go down and stay up and all that so don’t be afraid of breaking it like I was put all your energy into bringing it down the first time. Once you’ve done it once it’ll be easy breeze everytime after

I like the design and the led lighting. Quality is not cheap as well as not great. Customer service is great.
