I don't like writing reviews but I was so amazed at how brilliant our canvas turned out. We loved it. It was so beautifully reproduced, so clear and crisp. We were so very pleased with it.

There was plastic and cardboard stapled onto back of canvas which was hard to remove plus i dodnt center the photo exactly accurate but i wasn't contacted about that mistake and the canvas came with 5 millimetres of picture background which was terrible to see, so i dont understand why i wasn't informed about that though a simple email!. I had to unpick all the staples and use duct tape on back of canvas to keep it in place. No communication from the company so they could adjust and center picture correctly, because it was complicated to edit and center picture just right, it took me quite a few times to edit picture and the layout was over sensitive to use..wont be buying again, also picture image 3 had the grey edge on front of picture and my picture 4 image shows where the original crease was with the grey edging left on the front of the canvas! Image 1 was what i needed to do once all the staples were removed and i recentered the picture canvas. Why couldnt i be messaged about this before the canvas was printed and stuck down with far too much plastic and cardboard which wasnt necessary!. Very disappointed.
