Q: How comfortable is this to sit on and does it really help you to get out of a chair ?

It's not especially comfortable, but does help when getting up. I do recommend it instead of a lift chair. This can be used on any chair. I use it on my recliner but would probably be better on a hard surface. Easy to take anywhere.

Q: Where does the Power cord connect?

This does not look like the same lift seat that we purchased. The one we had was spring operated and did not have a power cord. It worked well but we returned it because my mother in law would not use it.

Q: Handicap trays to attach to the walkerl.p.

This stand assist will not be a good thing to attach to walkers. . I use it in a stationary chair. Unless you can find some way to strap it down to a chair, I would not recommend it.

Q: Is there a helpful tip to get the locking stick in the proper spot? I can get one side into the slot but it's too wide to go into the other side.

When the seat is brand new, it is easier to have two people open it up because it is very stiff. Then you should be able to get both sides in. After it is used a while, it is much easier to adjust it yourself. Hope this helps.
