Brilliant pancake mix
Great pancake mix for us, it tastes so good and very easy to make. The only issue is the cost! but for the protein content for my fussy eaters, it is worth it.

Finally a Good shelf life
Almost every time I buy Kodiak Cake mix on Amazon itโs got a short or non existent shelf life. I might have to buy a couple more boxes so I can bake and freeze These have 10th December 2026

Small box not normal size
Beware, this is only one packet of mix in a smaller than normal box!! Our fault for not reading the small print however the price was only a little more than the larger box at Costco with three ๐

Who can afford it?
The best testing and healthiest whole grain, pancake, and waffle mix in the world, but for some reason, the price is prohibitive on this website and should be reconsidered so that more people can buy it more frequently.
