We bought 4 of these for different areas of the house. They are super quiet & keep each space at a constant, comfortable temperature. So happy with this product!

I've installed a few different brand mini split systems over the years and I decided to give this Della system a shot. I received the pallet in good shape but upon unpackaging the condenser I noticed the physical dent in the metal exterior cover. There was no damage to the shipping box so I assume that the unit slipped past quality control. I purchased this for my cabin and I didn't have the leasure to send it back... so I'll deal with the damage... not the worst thing that can happen. I got the system installed and vacuumed it down and started the system up. Everything worked as it should and im very pleased with the low noise levels. The app is also easy to use and so far I'm a happy customer.I don't live in a perfect world so the dented cabinet is water under the bridge. Hopefully it's dependable like the others I've used.

I'm a HVAC contractor and a customer ordered this for their home and I installed it..must say I'm used to LG brand and Daikin...but this product proved not only similar in design but also in performance. I'm actually ordering a 4 zone to install in my man cave..so I'm very impressed!

Heat up for 2 hours then lines freeze up

Hello, I buy this mini split unit because someone told me that it’s good, but my friend do the job for put it, and it’s start blowing hot but not to much it’s ok but they just stop it to heat it, and I put like 7 unit and the last they working good until couple hours later they stop heating the others room just blowing fresh air, I don’t what’s going on? Can someone tell me it’s this happen to anyone?

Ordered this for mobile home that had a failing ac unit and outrageous power bill, during the summer extreme heat when the real feel was 100+ temp would be 90 inside, after installing this unit inside temp is a constant 73 and the power bill has dropped about halfBest price out there, easy to install works greatAfter installing this, my brother was so impressed he purchased one for his mobile home because he was suffering from high bills and too hot, he received the same results, very impressiveI would recommend this product to anyoneI am planning on purchasing a unit for myself
