Does perfectly the job
I bought this for my husband. He is usually snoring a lot, doesn’t sleep much and wanted to try the mouth taping.We received last week the snooze tape and it works perfectly. It’s too early to conclude on the health benefits but it works as it is supposed to. Besides the funny look, it staying in place even if he has a beard. He doesn’t snore and that definitely improves my sleep too! We will see in the long run but happy to have bought it so far!

Wouldn’t recommend
Was working really well to begin with then noticed my lips started to dry out and become severely chapped from them, not able to use anymore as it feels like my lips are burning

Effective but use with Caution!
I've been using the Snooze Mouth Tape for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it has definitely helped me achieve a more relaxed and restful sleep. The adhesive is surprisingly strong, which is a major plus for me as I tend to move a lot in my sleep. It stays put all night, ensuring I'm breathing through my nose.However, I want to strongly caution potential buyers about the instructions provided on the packaging. They recommend applying the tape to a dry mouth, which, in my experience, led to significant skin irritation and a severe rash. This was quite uncomfortable and took a few days to heal.Based on my experience, I highly recommend the following:Patch Test: Absolutely do a patch test on a small area of your skin before applying the tape to your entire mouth.Moisturizer is Key: Always apply a layer of moisturizer or a gentle barrier cream to your lips and the surrounding area before applying the tape. This creates a protective layer and minimizes irritation.Gentle Removal: Don't pull the tape off harshly. Use baby oil or remove it while in a hot shower to gently loosen the adhesive.Despite the initial irritation caused by following the packaging instructions, I've found that using the tape with these modifications has been very beneficial. I wake up feeling more refreshed and less congested. If you're looking for a solution to improve your sleep quality, this product might be worth trying, but please be mindful of the application and removal process.

Super quick to post. Can hardly feel it when wearing at night and is a great product which i highly recommend for anyone looking at this, improved my sleep massively!

Value for money, I bought it for my son because he snores and he used the tape last night and I couldn’t hear him at all. Worth the buy!

Easily fits over mouth
Brilliant at what It does, however, I'd like the adhesive to be a little stronger as it has the tendency to come of during the night.
