I recently purchased The Adept Palette in Singularity Black and I am extremely happy with my purchase. This double-sided magnetic empty palette is exactly what I needed to organize my makeup collection. Firstly, the design of the palette is sleek and stylish. The size is perfect as it holds over 100 single round standard sized eyeshadows, allowing me to store all my favorite shades in one place. The magnetic feature of the palette is a game-changer. This is an excellent palette- lots of room, very sturdy, looks sleek, and most importantly it has a strong magnetic hold. I *LOVE* it! I just wish I bought two originally because I have about 50-60 more individual shadows that won’t fit, plus I need more magnet stickers for the backs of a lot of them. That’s a separate order but oh well. I have a smaller “daily” z-palette type of case for my every day blush, bronzer, eyeliner and whatever eyeshadow I’m in the mood for on any given day. The larger Adept palettes will contain everything else. It’s SO nice to get rid of so much extra packaging and plastic and cardboard. For anyone new to depotting eyeshadow (or any powder pans), start with the things you don’t care a lot about to practice on. I used heat (Flat iron) and ruined a lot of shadows due to impatience but they were all either duplicate colors or inexpensive products that I wasn’t heartbroken over. I managed to successfully depot a Zoeva, an ABH, a Colourpop, and one giant Morphe x ___ palette without too much loss. I’m not depotting my N. Denona or PML palettes (Or ABH MR), they’re too beautiful and valuable (to my heart!) and I really don’t want to have to toss any of those shadown pans or re-press them. The others I was ok risking. It’s frustrating at first when pans crumble but if you’re patient you’ll start to get the hang of it and it’s fun. Such a feeling of success and satisfaction (that might sound kinda pathetic, but it’s true, ha ha!) Anyway, if you’re hesitating, just BUY IT! You won’t be sorry. It’s a great way to get all of your makeup in front of you- there are so many items I never used because they were stashed away in my “palette stack” and now I can see everything and switch it up daily. Yay! Totally satisfied with my purchase and will be buying at LEAST one more.

This palette is very high quality. The magnet strength is great and the storage capacity allowed me to fit multiple palettes into one place. I owned many palettes, but I wanted to remove them from their original packaging and organize them in a way where I could see them all at the same time. Thankfully these Adept palettes were perfect for my needs. I purchased three of these palettes. One stores my KKW and some Colourpop shadows; another palette stores all my Jeffree Star shadows; and another palette stores all my Sugarpill shadows. Beware that they can get pretty heavy. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this palette. It's well made, sturdy, and holds my pans of baked blush just fine. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is I wish there were a version maybe half as big. I got this one because it was the only palette I found that mentioned being deep enough for baked blush pans and had a separator, but it's huge for my purposes. The upside to that though is I can space all my pans out so my colors don't get other colors all over them. I love being able to have my blushes on one side, shadows on the other, all in one palette. Absolutely recommend, just be aware, it's BIG.

These are fantastic. They hold a bunch. I bought 2 in the black and 1 in the pink and I depotted over 2 dozen pallettes into these and still have space. I love that it has the window in the middle dividing the sides especially if you have a pan break it doesn't get all over the entire palette. It closes tightly and seems to travel well. I'll know for sure when I unpack my train case from our recent cross-country move. The price is great for how much it holds. Will definitely repurchase if needed.

This ended up being what I was hoping for. I was hoping to free up some space and consolidate some of my makeup pallets and depot and insert them into this (which is why some of them look a little sad in the picture from some of them breaking during the depot process. Depoting can be a dangerous game!) I've fit three eyeshadow pallets in it, two bronzers, two small highlights, a larger highlight, a blush, and 48 makeup geek and morphe single eyeshadow pans in it. It fits 48 standard size shadow in each side. I think it claims to fit over 100 shadow in it but I did not find this to be the case with this size of single shadow. However I am very happy with how much makeup it holds. I think I could squeeze even a few more smaller sized items in the side with the bronzers and blush. It is a hefty product and seems well made. All full it is pretty heavy. The only concern on the quality that I have is that the plastic sometimes creaks and groans when moving the clear plastic insert inside. I would only travel with this if it was very well padded and securely packed as I could picture the plastic cracking if too much weight or stress was put on it. However I plan on keeping it in my drawer and I have no fear of it not lasting a very long time. I bought the Praetorian Purple color and in most lighting it is like a dark burgundy color but when the sun is shining it shows it is a bright almost magenta color. I like it! Overall very happy and I would recommend it!

I first heard of Adept Cosmetics and their empty palette from YTer MakeupStruggles. She featured an empty palette and their depotting tool in a video and I had to try it for my own makeup collection. I absolutely love eyeshadows. I also receive a monthly beauty subscription so I get all sorts of blushes, highlighters, eyeshadow singles, etc. I depot what I want to keep and give away the rest. What I've found with this double-sided palette is that I can store so much product. I keep eyeshadows on one side and blushes, bronzers, and highlighters on the other side. It's sturdy, not made out of cardboard (unlike some other empty palettes), there's twice the storage of other palettes, and even when I've dropped this palette my makeup has not broken. It has kept my makeup far more organized and when I travel, it's all in one palette. Some people have commented on the weight, but I have no issue with it. The only quibble I have with this palette is that it shows every fingerprint. If the makeup pan is not magnetized, you can either purchase those magnetized tabs or a roll of adhesive magnetized paper from a craft store (this is a tip from beauty YTer Zabrena)--this paper is great if you have an eyeshadow palette you want kept together while storing it in the Adept palette. My next step is to purchase a second palette that I will use for lipsticks: I have square pans that I will depot lipstick tubes into, then store them into another Adept palette.

I really wanted to love this! I ended up completely missing my return date. So unfortunately, I’m stuck with this item and will likely need to gift it to someone. I originally bought this so that I could condense and depot all of my eyeshadow so that it was easier for traveling, but the weight of this case, with all of the depotted eyeshadows is so heavy it’s unlikely that this will be something I’ll travel with. The case itself is really durable and very beautiful, but it’s one of those cases that probably sits on your vanity and doesn’t leave home much. I would recommend the seller make some thing slightly slimmer, and may be made out of a different material so that it’s light enough to travel with. The quality is definitely durable and would likely make a nice gift for a make up artist.

This is perfect. As a makeup artist I hate carrying so many smaller pallets around, this replaced 3. It is heavy but that is because it is full.

Feels really heavy and sturdy, high quality and fits all my eyeshadows 10/10
