Some of these have silly prices and I bought a cheap one not knowing what it would be like. Amazing in a good way. I feel like a world champ thanks to the union flag but even without the fridge I put it on and it started relieving immediately. Very keen to share my thoughts on this product. Thank you.

Just arrived today. Feels nice on . Cool even just out of the packing. Very light compression which has a soothing feeling.No instructions. Popped it in the fridge. Will need to check if can be warmedNeeded it today and it works really well.

Haven't tried it hot yet but found the cold a bit too much on my eyes and forehead, great on the side and back of head though.

Just what I needed for my headache and helps reduce the pain. Great product and very impressed with the fitting. The cooling gel inside the cap works well.

this is the third one i have ordered,1 for daughter,2 for me..comfortable to wear,feels good when using this cold if you have headache, only downfall is the coolness only lasts about 20min if cooled at fridge temp, but overall it's a great product and idea..update, i have purchased another one for a friend!

For someone like me who has severe headaches, this product truly did help me out in relieving pain. Not to mention the amazing quality on the product too (very comfortable as you would expect it to be). Would certainly rate this a solid 10/10 without a doubt.

Comfortable on head... But don't hold the cold for long, does absolutely nothing for my daily migraines
