My watch just died after I dived with them in 1.6 meter pool. The watch survived multiple pool swimming sessions without specifically swimming underwater, but after diving for 1.6 meters there was some water fog on the inside of the sensors. The watch does not charge nor turns on. Otherwise it used to be a nice watch...

Don't buy this watch it's really bad experience ever had

The watch battery dead fast even not complete two days with low power mode and it disconnected while attended calls and the speaker go off , the watch is not as mentioned in YouTube and it is not worthed to buy in that amount plus the sleeping tracker is not accurate at all , thanks 👍🏻

The touch screen doesn't respond at all after only 2 months of usage. I have requested the seller to get back to me but haven't heard anything.

Ich habe mir die TicWatch Pro 5 gekauft, weil ich von den Konzept mit den zwei Displays absolut überzeugt bin. Das will ich einfach nicht mehr missen und als ich die neue TicWatch gesehen habe, habe ich kurz überlegt und mir die dann doch gekauft. Bei der Farbe habe ich das neue Sandstone gewählt, weil es einfach Mal eine andere Farbe als schwarz (oder wie auch immer das im Einzelfall bezeichnet wird) ist. Ich habe bereits die Vorgängermodelle und habe mich nun auf das Upgrade gefreut. Und das hat sich gelohnt. Die einzelnen Aspekte Mal im Detail beleuchtet: Verpackung: Daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Die Uhr und das Zubehör sind gut verpackt und kommen in einer ländlichen Verpackung aus Karton. Die Verpackung ist stabil und sieht gut aus. Nicht zu viel als nötig und trotzdem dem Zweck mehr als gerecht. Der erste optische Eindruck, noch bevor man die Uhr selbst sieht, ist entsprechend positiv. Zubehör: Neben der Uhr liegt als Zubehör bei: - Ein Ladekabel - Papierkram Zum Ladekabel: Es hat auf der einen Seite einen Standard USB-A Anschluss und auf der anderen Seite einen magnetischen Anschluss für die Verbindung zur Uhr. Das Kabel ist ca. 1 Meter lang und hat eine flache Form. Das Ladekabel ist kompatibel zum Ladekabel der TicWatch Pro 3. Zum Armband: Das Armband ist hellbraun, passend zur eigentlichen Uhr und aus Gummi. Das Armband selbst ist leicht flexibel und macht alle Bewegungen etc. ohne Weiteres mit. Das Material hemmt auch ein verrutschen auf dem Arm. Das Armband kann ohne Weiteres leicht mit anderen gängigen Armbändern ausgetauscht werden. Die Uhr an sich: Die Uhr an sich ist leicht. Das Gehäuse ist aus Aluminium (denke ich) und entsprechend lackiert und sieht hochwertig aus. Die beiden Knöpfe haben ein sehr gutes Feedback, sodass man gut mitbekommt wann ein Knopf gedrückt wurde. Einer der Knöpfe ist die Krone, welche im Vergleich zur TicWatch Pro 3 nun drehbar ist (incl. Entsprechender Funktion, z.B. zum scrollen). Um das runde Display herum ist ein Kranz mit einem schlicht gehaltenen Muster. Dieser ist nicht beweglich und rein dekorativ. Inbetriebnahme: Die TicWatch kam fast vollständig aufgeladen bei mir an. Ein kurzes gedrückt-halten des oberen Knopfes erweckte diese zum Leben. Zunächst erscheint das TicWatch Logo und anschließend kann die Einrichtung des auf WearOS basierten Betriebssystems der Uhr mit einem Tab auf den Bildschirm beginnen. Das Setup beginnt mit der Sprachauswahl. Standardmäßig ist Englisch die Sprache, aber auch Deutsch lässt sich ohne Scrollen direkt auswählen. Anschließend muss der "Papierkram" bestätigt werden und schon kann die Kopplung an das Smartphone beginnen. Dies funktionierte ohne größere Probleme und voll automatisch. Man musste lediglich die App Mobvoi Health zuvor auf dem Smartphone installieren, worauf man hingewiesen wird, und anschließend einen Kopplungscode eingeben. Das war es dann schon. Display: Die TicWatch Pro 5 hat eine Funktion, die mich ursprünglich zu ihrem Vorvorgänger geführt hat: Die Anzeige der Uhrzeit (und ein paar zusätzliche Infos), auch wenn das Display ausgeschaltet ist. Auch die TicWatch Pro 5 hat diese Funktion. Ähnlich wie bei ePaper Displays sind diese wesentlichen Informationen immer ablesbar, ohne dass das LED Display aktiviert werden muss. Bei Nacht muss eine Hintergrundbeleuchtung die Arbeit der Sonne übernehmen, sodass die Uhrzeit immer ablesbar ist. Batterielaufzeit: Beworben wird die Uhr mit einer Laufzeit von bis zu 80 Tagen. Das ist allerdings kein realistischer Wert. Dieser Wert KANN wahrscheinlich zustande kommen, wenn die Batterie voll aufgeladen, die Umgebungstemperatur nicht zu kalt und ausschließlich der Essential-Modus der Uhr aktiv ist. Also keine Smart-Funktionalität oder andere Funktionen abseits einer Standard Digitaluhr. Die Laufzeitangabe von 4 Tage (wenn man anfangs noch viel an der Uhr rumspielt) bis 5-7 Tage (im mittel- bis langfristigen Gebrauch) sind hier meiner Erfahrung nach realistisch. Die neue TicWatch Pro 5 hält auf jeden Fall merkbar länger als der Vorgänger. Und das Laden funktioniert, bei entsprechendem Ladegerät, super schnell. Innerhalb von etwas über einer Stunde war die Uhr von ca. 15% auf 100% geladen. Gesundheitsdaten: Vorab: ich kann über die Korrektheit der Daten nur eingeschränkt etwas sagen, da mir keine professionellen und zuverlässigen Geräte zur Verfügung stehen um die Werte zu verifizieren. Über die Apps TicAtmung, TicBlutsauerstoff, TicCare, TicGesundheit, TicPuls, TicÜbung, TicSchlaf und TicZen lassen sich diverse Körperwerte messen und auslesen. Z.T. sind diese in den Apps redundant zu finden. Die TicGesundheit App fast aber die allermeisten Daten zusammen. TicAtmung ist eine Unterstützung zur Entspannung durch Atemübungen. TicBlutsauerstoff misst den Blutsauerstoff. Im Vergleich zur Vorversion der TicWatch ist es nun endlich möglich eine permanente Überwachung des Wertes durchzuführen. Das geht zwar ordentlich auf die Batterie, aber für eine Überwachung z.B. von Schlafapnoe ist diese Funktion zwingend erforderlich. Ansonsten lässt sich noch eine 30 oder 60 minütige Messung einstellen. TicCare dient dazu Fitness und Gesundheitsdaten mit Freunden und Familie zu teilen. TicGesundheit fasst die Daten der verschiedenen Sensoren zusammen. Z.B. Kalorien Verbrauch, zurückgelegte Entfernung oder Höhe, Trainingszeit, Herzfrequenz im Laufe des Tages, Blutsauerstoff im Laufe des Tages, Schlafqualität der letzten Nacht. TicPuls lässt einen den Puls messen und zeigt dazu diverse Auswertungen. Auch Auffälligkeiten wie Aussetzer oder unregelmäßige Schläge sollen so erkannt und davor gewarnt werden. TicÜbung ist die Fitnessapp mit der man diverse sportliche Aktivitäten aufzeichnen kann und so die interessanten Daten zu der entsprechenden Übung sieht. Die Uhr erkennt aber auch automatisch wenn man beginnt Sport zu machen und startet den Übungsmodus automatisch. TicSchlaf zeichnet den Schlaf auf und wann leichter Schlaf, Rem-Schlaf oder Tiefschlaf stattfindet. So kann man morgens ggf. sehen, ob man etwas an seinem Schlafverhalten ändern sollte oder man immernoch müde ist, weil man quasi keinen Tiefschlaf hatte. TicZen soll einen ähnlich wie TicAtmung entspannen und einen zu einer kurzen Pause anregen. Mich stört an allen Apps, dass diese bei jedem Start Abfragen auf welche Sensoren sie zugreifen dürfen, solange man einen der Zugriffe nicht erlaubt hat. Dazu zählt auch, dass man den Apps (nicht) erlaubt die Daten in die Cloud zu übertragen. Weitere Apps ohne Gesundheitsbezug sind: TicBarometer zum Messen des aktuellen Luftdrucks. In Verbindung mit den GPS kann hier auch die aktuelle Höhe mitteilen. Wichtig ist, dass die Höhe zuvor kalibriert wurde. Ansonsten zeigt die Höhe Quatsch an. TicKompass nutzt den eingebauten Kompass um die Uhr als Kompass zu nutzen. Companion App "Mobvoi Health" für das Smartphone: Auch hier: Jedes mal Nachfrage der Zustimmung zum Upload der Daten in die Cloud. Auch wenn diese immer wieder verwehrt wurde. Konsequenter Weise müsste dies auch nach getätigter Zustimmung jedes Mal erfolgen oder, wie im Falle einer Zustimmung, nur ein Mal. Ansonsten ist die App sehr übersichtlich im positiven Sinne und zeigt vor allem die Gesundheitsdaten gebündelt an. Sie versucht durch ein wöchentliches Ziel einem zudem zu mehr Bewegung zu animieren. Auch kann man hier kostenlose und kostenpflichte Watchfaces auswählen sowie Audioaufnahmen und Screenshots von der TicWatch herunterladen. Auch können hier, wie in der TicCare App, über TicCare andere Personen mit der App gekoppelt und verglichen werden. Am Ende also nichts, was man nicht auf der TicWatch machen könnte, allerdings Dank größerem Display deutlich übersichtlicher. Im Grunde hat sich außer dem Namen und dem Logo bei der App im Vergleich zur Zeit der Erscheinung der TicWatch 3 nichts verändert. GPS / Kompass: Neben der Fitness Apps, kann z.B. Google Maps über den Play Store installiert werden. Damit lässt sich mit der Uhr dann auch navigieren. Der Empfang ist auch in schwierigen Positionen weiterhin gut und auf wenige Meter genau. Lautsprecher / Mikrofon: Natürlich ist der Lautsprecher kein Hifi Sound, aber um kurzfristig an ein Gespräch vom Smartphone anzunehmen reicht es. Natürlich können dann die Leute in der Umgebung auch mithören war der gegenüber so daher, da das dann aus dem Lautsprecher kommt. Die Qualität ist den Umständen entsprechend gut. Man versteht den gegenüber deutlich und der gegenüber versteht einen auch gut. In ruhiger Umgebung merkt der gegenüber nicht einmal einen Unterschied zum normalen Smartphone. Bluetooth: Via Bluetooth wird die Smartwatch mit dem Smartphone verbunden. Aber auch ein Bluetooth Headset kann, z.B. beim Sport treiben, mit der Smartwatch verbunden werden. Somit kann über ein Headset/Kopfhörer dann Musik gehört oder auch telefoniert werden. Allerdings kann man das Headset dann auch gleich mit dem Smartphone koppeln… Zusammenfassung: Nach mehr als einer Woche im Einsatz im täglichen Gebrauch und einigen Tagen im Urlaub macht die Uhr einen sehr soliden Eindruck. Das große Display und auch die bessere Geschwindigkeit durch aktuelle Hardware und WearOS 4 (offenbar mit Option zum späteren Upgrade auf WearOS 5) machen auf mich einen sehr zufrieden stellenden Eindruck. Auch das neue Menü von WearOS 4 gefällt mir ebenso wie die Möglichkeit aktuell wiedergegebene Medien auf dem Smartphone zu kontrollieren (z.B. YouTube ist Spotify) ohne extra eine App öffnen zu müssen. Auch die neue Farbe gefällt mir, die ich bei der Bestellung noch als "gewagt" empfunden habe. Nun aber sie durchaus dezent und alltagstauglich empfinde. Ich vermisse derzeit noch eine Version mit Mobilfunk, aber die kommt ja vielleicht noch. Von mir daher auch für die TicWatch 5 Pro volle fünf Sterne!

Je cherchais une smart watch plus avancée que les petites mi watch qui sont très limitées. Ici nous avons clairement à faire à un ordinateur dans la montre ! Un SOC Snapdragon bien performant (W5+Gen1), de la Ram : 2Go, du stockage 32Go ! En gros vous pouvez installer un lecteur de musique, appairer vos écouteurs en bluetooth et lire la musique stockée dans la montre sans votre téléphone ! Dans le principe, je trouve ça fort. Côté écran, c'est très satisfaisant, on a ces 2 écrans superposés, l'amoled magnifique et le LCD faible conso, très bien aussi, pas totalement fou en visibilité sans rétroéclairage, mais bien quand même ! Côté autonomie, très bien, on arrive à tenir au moins 3-4 jours si on ne fouille pas dans les menus (ce qui sera compliqué les premiers jours ou on bricole !) Pour prolonger l'autonomie, je recommande d'enlever le rétroéclairage automatique lors du mouvement de poignet : En effet, ce rétroéclairage n'est autre que l'écran amoled qui s'allume avec une belle couleur bien uniforme de votre choix, mais cet écran qui s'allume constamment au cours de la journée aura sans nul doute un effet délétère sur votre batterie... Néanmoins, si cette fonction vous plait, la recharge est faite ultra rapidement et si vous branchez la montre 1/4 d'heure, vous retrouvez sans difficulté environ 50% de batterie supplémentaire .. donc côté autonomie, vraiment pas d'inquiétude, et il existe des options permettant de couper automatiquement le système à certaines heures du jour, ou complètement éteindre pour ne garder que l'écran basse conso.. Côté applis et bien il existe une myriade d'applis via le playstore, vous pouvez aussi moyennant quelques recherches pousser des APK directement sur la montre et finalement installer ce que vous voulez, en prenant soin de prendre des apk adaptés à cet environnement android spécifique Wear OS. Un bémol pour la partie traduction : Certaines options sont traduites avec des mots très étranges, notamment éteindre le rétroéclairage automatique comme suggéré plus haut, le bouton radio a cocher n'est pas on/off ou quelque chose de clair dans le genre mais "De" ... Qui a traduit cela ?! Cependant ce genre d'erreurs n'est pas omniprésent, ici et là, sporadiquement vous trouverez quelques traductions très discutables ! Finalement le bracelet n'est pas terrible : il est bien et semble être de qualité, cependant pour une montre de ce prix, je trouve qu'il ne fait pas très élégant, c'est un bracelet silicone tout à fait basique. On peut le changer facilement donc ce n'est pas bien grave. En résumé, une belle smart watch wear OS 3.5 avec des composants hauts de gamme et ça se sent, le boitier est bien robuste, et à mon gout du plus bel effet, la molette sur le côté est top, le son aussi pour les appels ou les sonneries n'est pas hyper fort mais très correct en qualité, le micro pour les appels laisse les interlocuteurs sans voix lorsqu'ils apprennent que je communique avec une montre ! Hi! I purchased this watch in early September. I wanted to truly test it out before reviewing. I’ve owned atleast 15 different smart watches over the years. It’s my thang. 😂 I always seem to get drawn back to Mobvoi as they last me several years. While that may not impress you, let me impress upon the fact that I’m in construction and am brutal on my watches. They are constantly getting banged around and covered in saw dust etc. I also lead a very active lifestyle for biking, running, swimming, weight lifting. Lots of cardio. This is the first one I’ve owned in this sandstone color. I’ve always had black with stainless or a variation of that. I typically would swap out bands depending on what I was doing as I have some custom bands with mahogany inlays. But this new color is so unique and goes with everything. I get compliments on it all the time. I’m very unique and love unique things. Fitness tracker is fantastic. I love how it knows when I’m switching from walking to riding a bike to weight lifting. The AI is impressive and much better than any I’ve ever owned. The different color screen lighting is stunning. So unique. Sleep tracker: I’ve always been a 5 hours of sleep person. But now that I’m in my 50s and have become aware of the health benefits of getting more sleep, I have been putting more effort into more rest. I have tested this watch while wearing other ones for sleep tracking. This is by far the most accurate and eye opening as to the balance of light sleep, to deep, to rem sleep. By changing up my night time patterns and tracking nightly, I have been able to increase my sleep duration as well as a better balance between the three key sleep levels. I have alerts set as reminders to wind down for sleep. It even tracks my resting. I like how it knows when I’m awake and then updates me how I did the night before. Connecting to my phone: They have finally mastered the seamless connection between my watch and phone. While at work I couldn’t possibly carry my phone all the time as it would get destroyed with sweat, and bashing it. So I leave it in a near by area. This is the first watch that doesn’t require a reconnect every time. It does it seamlessly. I am able to get text alerts and phone calls from the other end of the houses and job sites I’m at. As well as the gym. I’m blown away by how far I can be from the phone and still change my music, get messages, etc. Mobvoi has hit a home run on this one. I use the timer several times a day . I also use the heart rate monitor. It’s very accurate when tested with multiple watches of various brands. It is so cool when it tells me when I a. getting out of my target range by changing the screen colors so I’m not working out anaerobically. I don’t have to keep fumbling through my phone while running to check my heart rate. Battery: I have every feature on all the time. With this battery, I can go several days even with all my fitness trackers going. The old ones would barely get me through the day. Certainly not thru the night for sleep tracking. It is a little bit more streamline than previous versions which makes it easier to wear it at night time. I do have thinner watches but I like keeping all my tracking in one location on the app and watch. When I’m traveling and not doing a lot of workouts, I’ll go a week between charges. Others claim they can do this, but I’ve tried just about every major brand and sent them back as it was untrue. This one also charges quickly for the nights that I want to wear it for sleep and battery is low. A 25 min charge is plenty to get me through the night and next day. The provided dongle cord is easy to connect. I always buy an after market hanging rack just for the convenience. But this cord is plenty long enough as compared to others in the past. It also goes into a quiet mode at night time so I am not bothered while trying to get some well needed sleep. Water reminder: I try to drink at a minimum of half my body weight in ounces of water daily. A lot more on workout days. I can set alerts and track my water consumption easily. Swimming use: I’ve used it a few times while swimming and it works great. But I’ll use my old ones as I love this watch and why shorten the life if I can avoid it. It gets wet daily as I’m always washing sweat and saw dust, and caulk and paint off of my hands and watch. No issues. The glass hasn’t a single scratch and it’s been bashed a lot. Although I don’t recommend being as rough on it as me, it comes with the territory of what I do. I really dig having all the quick swipe tiles. Way better than previous versions. I can see upcoming weather as we work outside and I need to know if any rain or could weather is going to sneak up on me. Flashlight is fantastic. I use it nightly it seems and is fairly bright. Tic Breath feature is fantastic. I use it several times a week. It’s a meditation that just helps me find my center and calm myself. I call it my time out. I use it just prior to going into a big meeting. It makes such a difference when I roll in there all relaxed. I’ll play with it just to see how low I can bring my heart rate down to. I’ve learned in life that anything that gets measured, typically gets improved. With this watch, all areas of my sleep, rest, water, heart rate and resting rates improve as I’m focusing and tracking them daily. Plus I rarely burn food as that timer has saved my tail many times as I’ve gotten distracted while cooking. I’m just skimming the surface is what this watch can do and has done for me. Finally the technology has caught up. These guys are the front runners by far in the smart watch world. I use that compass several times a week while out boating and fishing as a back up navigation. Tip calculated is pretty handy too. The to do scheduler and calendar alerts are spot on. I run 2 businesses and with this watch, it syncs up perfectly through all my devices. In closing, smartest smart watch I’ve ever owned. But you can bet, I’ll get the next model when it comes out. I pass my old ones down to my kids. Way better than any 🍎 one I’ve ever owned. Never again will I go back. I just compared mine to my daughters 🍎 and she’s sending hers back. Nope. I don’t own stock in these guys. Just a great watch that deserves a great review.
