The tag is full of scratches (see photo attached) and this particular product was manufactured in 2019(see photo attached).A quick search of App Store and google play store did not yield any results for tag8 application.Tried registering on the website, but received no email to confirm account (already checked spam folder).Going straight to garbage as returning this would mean someone else gets this used item.

This is a very handy one, started using for my travel luggage, loved it. Strong leather straps and bags can be easily identified. Best quality product must tryy

Cost as compare to product price and also tie belt is not that great and tear off in few uses

I bought this as I wanted Australian flag bag tags and it was good it came with QR codes on the back if my bag was lost. The bag tags are nicely made and don’t feel like a cheap quality however the QR codes don’t work. I have tried scanning them a few times using different apps and web browsers but I cannot open the required page to activate them. If you want these for the QR codes, I’d recommend buying something else.
