Day after arrived (took just 2 days) I went for a cross country run (which was rather wet) and the shorts were very comfy. Elastic waist a good fit. Tie string gave extra security of them not slipping down which is important on this kind of run. Pockets deep.

I ordered two sizes (38 & 40). The 40 was far too big with the waist band around my armpits and the legs over my knees; these were returned with no problem. The 38 fit well and are comfortable to wear. I like the short leg, reaching mid thigh; a much better look for those of us who are not six foot tall.

I ordered 32” waist and was sent 36” instead. Also they are very long and baggy, even for the 36” ones I was sent. The fit is nothing like a pair of rugby shorts and the material doesn’t feel strong enough.

For rugby shorts they are a bit baggy but good fabric and well made

Ideal training shorts, good fit strong so great for scrum training. The pockets are decent to.

You get what you pay for.

Probably would have been OK but wrong size sent so had to spend time returning them. On-line Amazon frame appears to have been faulty; I've had several other occasions of wrong sizes supplied.

Not a consistent fit, the waist was true to size but the cut of the hips and crotch was very tight and uncomfortable - returned no problem
