I have thought about buying something like this for a while to go in my office. While isolating and ill i asked my partner to buy one. i needed a hot drink but either too weak or too scared of infecting my housemates to go and make one. this was ideal. filled up in the morning it stayed hot all day so i could have a hot drink any time i wanted one. the pump action means i dont have to lift it either. a life saver and i know it will be useful in the future too. my best buy since the pandemic began

With ever increasing utilities prices, I brought thus to boil a kettle and fill for my daily teas and coffees. I keeps the water boiling hot and if any is left over then I use it for washing up the dishes. I can can definitely recommend!

Be very careful!!!! If you fill it up too close to the rim and push the spout down …. hot water jets up into your face! I’d recommend you try first time with cold water, so you know how far to fill it.There is a warning on the leaflet ie not to fill less than 3cm from the rim, which I thought I did follow but probably was less…. but it was too late for me. However luckily even though I poured in boiling water it wasn’t hot enough to scald me even though it hit me by my eye. Not sure why it didn’t scald but I’m grateful. There should be a warning sticker on the outside really!Still pours very hot water for tea though and I still love it!

Doesn't keep liquid hot for as long as advertised. Temperature started to drop dramatically after an hour

Absolutely fantastic. Easy to use. Keeps my tea warm all day.

Believe it or not, this is the sixth vacuum jug I have bought over the last few years. All the others lost their heat retention in months. This is the first one to last a year. It keeps liquids piping hot for 24 hours, still looks good and I am absolutely delighted with it. I only wish I had bought this one the first time instead of buying jugs half the price which didn’t last.I strongly recommend this jug and suggest to anyone thinking of buying the cheaper jugs to avoid the false economy and go for this one.
