Great exercise, but don't overdo it. It is harder than it looks. I use my hands daily at work and wanted to use it to prevent injury thru better balanced strength. I'm 6'6 and the device does not fit my hand remotely as pictured, that's the only complaint. I'm pulling it up from the bottom of my palm instead of as pictured.

Can’t get my fingers in the holes. Velcro design doesn’t make sense. Rips off if you can get your fingers in the tiny slots.

after awhile the 2 parts just don't stay. Either its not strong enough or the pin needs to be modified to stay within the hole.

I recently finished physical therapy, and I needed equipment to continue my treatment. This product is good quality and very durable. I’ve been using it for 3 months with no problems.
