EXCELLENT FOOD FOR EVEN THE MOST PICKY EATERS
I have two VERY picky Chihuahuas. They will reject most high end brands and will sometimes eat Stella or Ziwi. This food seems comparable to Ziwi but has much larger (although softer) pieces. Both of my dogs will always eat this brand (especially the Chicken flavor) and on most days will even accept it as a treat. I usually feed them at least two kinds of food (usually the ones named above) and on almost every occasion, Realmeat disappears first. I can't comment on the ingredients but it appears that they are local and that there isn't any grains or other crap that you shouldn't be feeding your dog. The price is very reasonable and about 1/2 of the above mentioned brands (which are also excellent brands). I've been through three bags and they still haven't gotten tired of it AND still accept it as treats. I've never come across a premium brand that BOTH of my picky dogs will eat and have not tired of it before even finishing the bag. It's actually hard to believe that you can buy such a great brand (with what appears to be high quality ingredients) for such a reasonable price. I'm very pleased with Realmeat and glad that I decided to try a test bag. I will be ordering another two bags soon as I'm confident that they will continue to enjoy it. With other brands I've stopped ordering more than one bag because I know that my dogs will begin to reject it before the bag isn't even finished. Definitely not the case with Realmeat.I've not posted a review for the other brands since they already have enough good reviews, not do I feel that they warrant it as much as Realmeat does. If your dog is picky you definitely want to buy this food. You'll likely be purchasing it in the future.Edit: October 31st, 2015: This food is no longer cheaper than the brands mentioned above. The price has gradually crept up to over $27/bag (from around $23).

100% dog approved
Please Do not change anything- my oldest dog (17) has been eating Real Meat Chicken dog food for 10 years plus. And, while the cost is a bit high, the quality is consistent and this is our main stay dog food for all three of our kiddos.Ps- I only do reviews when a product is over and above. This one has proven track record and thank you for keeping your original formula. Better to raise the price, than degrade the product.

Love these treats for dog training.
I break these treats in half for dog training. I've tried chicken and lamb so far.

Good enough to use as treats
This dog food is too expensive to feed to our large breed mixed dog. However, it makes a great treat. The pieces are too large but we tear them into tiny pieces and treat him with those during training and he loves them. A bag lasts a long time when you use it the way we do, so it is worth the price. I feel better giving him this product as a treat rather than products that are meant to be treats because this is actually a high-quality dog food that is meant to be balanced nutrition, which I don't think you can say for most dog treats. There are several other flavors and our dog loves them all.

Even my old picky chihuahua dog loved this food!
I actually ordered this dog food for my sisters dogs while we were going on vacation all together. All of our small dogs are picky eaters and they all loved this dog food. Even while on vacation which usually makes them not want to eat. They still had huge appetites. This food comes in a nice ziplock bag and has a nice portion. This dog food also uses only good ingredients that you’d expect in your dog food.

My dog love this!
My dog, who admittedly will eat almost everything, loves this product! Although kind of expensive, it is certainly convenient to use. I especially like when the pieces are larger, so it slows down his wolfing them down so fast. I also use it as a treat for him, which he also loves. My one concern is that he has some sore of digestive, tummy issues, and I don't know if it is from this food or not. I've taken him off it and substituted boiled chicken and rice, but I plan to give this dried chicken another chance.

I love that I can break it into pieces as needed
My dog LOVES this, we use it as a training treat. I love that I can break it into pieces as needed, and it stays perfectly fresh in the bag if you keep it sealed. Once out of the bag, it does get hard if you leave it out - a few times I left some in his treat pouch, and it hardened overnight. Now I just return it to the bag, or place the leftover in a ziploc if I don't use it all.It goes a long way, too! Using this almost daily for walks and it seemed like it never ran out!

Smells bad, but my dog loves them and he's the one eating them.
Pretty good. Smells horrible, but my dog loves them. Ever since my 12 year mutt was rescued, he seems to have forgotten that he was from the streets, and has now become quite a picky eater. However, he eats these things up. So I guess they must taste good to him, and that is good enough for me.
