Looks really nice and I am sure it might help but the flimsy chain broke within 10 minutes of wearing it.

the item itself is quality however it offers no resistance so for me it did not replace the feeling i get from vaping, it felt like i was just sucking on a straw so didnt really work for me

I wanted to wait to review so that I could use it and get a clear impression. Firstly; the metal isn’t as thick as pictured however it is still good quality and quite nice to look at. Feels comfortable around my neck; and the chain is long enough that you can comfortably hold it in your mouth. Essentially it is literally a small metal tube and there isn’t much science in it…. But I’ve found it to be quite useful so far. I was a smoker for 7 years prior to using vapes to quit; but I then became addicted to vapes for a further 3 years. I’ve been using this for 8 days now and to be perfectly honest; it’s the most successful I’ve ever been when it comes to quitting. It gives your hands something to reach for when you get the urge to pick up a vape or cigarette and forces you to breathe deep. It’s great for managing anxiety too which is something I struggle with (and the main reason I was using vapes). For the price; it’s worth trying. I keep recommending it to others but everyone seems quite dismissive because they see it as just a metal tube but it is really working for me. Honestly; give it a go. I feel like it’s given me the push I needed and ensured that I’m able to stick at it.

I bought these after seeing a few adverts online for similar. These are really good value for money and look nice on. I use it not only to limit my vaping but to help regulate my breathing when I feel an anxiety attack coming on and it works really well for that too. A family member also bought some but didn't get on with it as much as me. I would recommend these I wear mine daily

Chain broke on both within a week and they whistle when you breathe through them which is annoying not relaxingDon’t buy

Terribile. Ora, soprassedendo sull'efficacia che è di natura puramente gestuale (prendo la collana piuttosto che una sigaretta), e premettendo che ho una pelle che non è sensibile e non sono allergica praticamente a nulla, ho sempre portato senza alcun problema bigiotteria e altro, dopo 3 giorni di utilizzo (e togliendolo la notte) mi sono ritrovata un orribile sfogo sul retro del collo, per tutto il contorno dell'area di contatto della collana. Non oso immaginare se avessi continuato ad usarlo cosa avrebbe potuto fare a labbra e bocca. Fatevi un favore, evitate l'acquisto. Davvero PESSIMA qualità.
