Good quality, luckily I read the reviews and I did size up. They were still a bit tight even after going up one size. I would go up two sizes if I could reorder to make them fit properly. It was a bit tight in my quads and around the waist but they made due for the show.

They fit me perfectly and they came right in time for my return to the stage.

I wore these for my first Mens Physique PRO Show! I have no complaints; the material is nice & they are comfortable! I am 6’2, 184-187 & I ordered a size 28.My waist is very small & my leg size is decent for my height. If your legs have decent mass & your waist is not very small, I would most certainly order a size or two up. This was my first time ordering size 28 & I found my size; I normally would wear 30s & shorts would not feel fitted.That’s all folks, y’all keep grinding & remember it’s a personal marathon & not a race!
