Very satisfied with the flex mechanismFaster cleaning under furniture since it’s flexible so no need to move the couches or tables. although My furniture doesn't have so much height and this product let me clean under the furniture easily without any hassle thanks to the flexible tube.

I read a lot of reviews before I bought this, and a lot of people were complaining about suction power, but it still had the best reviews so I decided to risk it. Honestly, I got it because the stupid little "bug vac" we had tried was absolute trash, not to mention too small to catch the absolute monster "palmetto" bugs we have in North Carolina. This little vac is just big enough and strong enough to handle those, and I've found myself using it for all kinds of other things too - crumbs in the kitchen, scattered litter from our kitties in the bathroom, cobwebs, dusting, etc. I charge it every few days and it stays on a ledge in our kitchen for easy grabbing when there's a bug or spider sighting (then I make my husband throw them outside). From what I can tell, the bugs and spiders survive the suction okay, if you're concerned about that. All in all we've tried a lot of little hand vacs and this one has been the best.

This is one of the best cordless handheld vacuum I have ever used. The design is very elegant and premium look. The suction power is so good. Compact in size and can easily carry anywhere. The battery lasts for a good period of time though. One of the best vacuum in this price range to clean you sofa and car specially.

Great little handheld vac. Perfect for small jobs around the house (like when you spill coffee grounds all over the counter and floor!) Came already charged but I have not had it long enough to comment on battery life and charging time. Suction could be a little stronger but its still pretty good - I tested it by putting dry cracker crumbs on my dark grey couch. They all were sucked up. My full size cordless vacuum sucks better but the motor is much bigger. I bought this unit because my full size can be broken down into a handheld but it is much bigger and heavier than this one is. Also, very difficult to get the full-size broken down and put back together again - makes me cranky every time - so I bought this to use for the small jobs, will use the full size for the floors. This handheld is quite lightweight and compact, Comfortable to hold. Not very loud, not like what some of the reviews claim. No louder than a hair dryer. Owners manual advises if any quality issues a replacement would be provided up to one year - sticker on bottom of unit with company e-mail for contact purposes. All said, I am very happy with my purchase.
