Just brilliant!
Bought this as a present and my brother absolutely loves it and prefers to cycle now rather than drive. Much more economical than a car obviously so he saves money too.

Great bike, great customer support
Bike came at expected delivery date. Easy to put together.I've had over a month now and no complaints at all. Well made bike, easy to use controls. Really fun to ride.I had to contact customer service as I broke one on the clips tightening it too hard and they were excellent. Really quick response, sending me replacement parts out straight away

Great bike iv done well over 100 mile and haven't had any problems the only thing I advise is that you cover the key hole up if riding in really heavy rain as Iv noticed moisture getting in to the battery compartment when doing so apart from that id recommend this bike to anyone especially if you have knee probs like I have
