The Battery is the most important component
I had it out a couple of times. The scooter performers as stated. I was not delivered with solid tires. I got air tires. They tried to make it up to me by including an extra tube. It pretty much came ready to go right out of the box. I followed a video on youtube to get the seat assembled. I found out that the screen scrolls by pushing the power button once fast. The screen with the caution symbol has an E - 0. All this means is there are no errors. I had one error but it went away. I don't know how to find the code yet or what it means. I will post that when I do. The screen with the V - 41.9 is the voltage the battery is charged to. This is important to save battery life. Watch the odometer and this V number to know when it is time to charge the battery. When the voltage drops below 36 volts and the scooter has close to 15.5 miles it is time to recharge the battery. In the case, the scooter has a 48-volt or higher battery the formula is the same. The max range for that battery and how much below 48 volts the battery has dropped to. The battery is more likely to last 1000+ charges. Let the battery cool for 15 minutes to an hour after use before charging. I have it to go to some nearby stores. I see stores don't have bicycle racks anymore to lock them up to. The problem is finding something to lock the scooter to while I am in the store. I also keep a copy with me of Florida Statutes 316.2128 in case someone tries to say I need to get it registered at the DMV. They used to be before the law was changed in 2019, so there is some confusion. It will say you can't have a seat attached without a registration online in some search results. The scooter is a little unstable so recommend wearing a skateboard helmet. Turn the lights on half an hour before sunset and half an hour after sunrise. Stay safe, have fun, read, and follow all the rules in your state. I don't want to see the law changed because someone got hurt or refuse to follow all the rules. This is a great little personal mobility device.

Quality Scooter
Pros:+ Achieves advertised speed (28 mph) and range (15 mi) on flat terrain+ Heavy duty feel, especially tires and frame+ Shock absorbers actually work, allowing you to ride on bumpy terrain and plow through smaller objects+ Air-filled 10" all terrain tires are standard, much better than airless garbage+ Flashy lights only come on when main light gear is on. Even then, these lights arent too bad+ Perfect size for average height adult+ Amazon Prime, with free returns+ cheesy but real "horn"+ Powerful front LED light+ Easy to fold and unfold. Can transform in a minute or less.Cons:- 15-20% grade climb will make your speed embarrassingly slow. Coupled with low battery, it's best to walk at that point.- No regenerative braking- No intelligent app- Screen hard to read; unlit- No quick charge capability; solid 8-10 hour charge cycle was required from low battery- Heavier and bulkier than others- Unstable seat; requires extra maintenance and fine-tuning- No turn blinker control- Probably not ideal for someone who is overweight and needs to go uphillOverall, this is an impressive unit and was my second scooter after I returned a competing brand scooter. I only filtered for Amazon Prime scooters because of the strong chance of having to return the unit due to quality control issues.. As a result, I would have been able to get a better spec scooter but without the shipping. However, I have no regrets. If you need a short haul daily driver with a 10 mile commute, this is a perfect ride.

Nice quality for the money
Love the that it has lights under the deck, turning signal, and brakes are lighted as well. Good running lights for safety at night. It has suspension making more comfortable and gives you a smoother ride. Tires are aired. I like it that it has a horn instead of a bell. It has double brakes for stopping power.Easy to fold and tuck away.Spring bushing post under the seat, not the clamp, gets loose and the seat moves side by side making it unsafe to drive. A metal bushing would be better than a plastic one. It needs to be reinforced which I will be doing.

rides very smooth
I bought this one for my wife but ended up taking it for me for longer rides.. if you buy it with the seat you can take long trips very comfy and more importantly at good speed and feeling very safe due to the stability of it.

It showed up fast but doesn't charge and no owners manual
It showed up and hasn't charged once. The charger lights up and plugs in no problem, it just never gets any battery power no matter how long I have it plugged in. It also arrived with no owners manual and it didn't look exactly like the one in the pictures. It did arrive with a seat but no owners manual to show you how to put together and install the seat or anything! It was a real pain figuring out how to assemble and attach the seat. I also noticed that it didn't come with a handle. It's supposed to have a seat and a handle. It doesn't. There also isn't even name, brand, company. Anything on the scooter like it showed in the picture on the front bar above the tire. So I can't even tell what make it is or anything

I wouldn't if I were you!
The Scooter arrived with no manual, no tools to assemble it with and there was no bolt to assemble the seat nor a charging cord.
