Provided no relief at all. Was nothing more than a green band aid that stuck to knee and did nothing else. Not worth money and could not be returned.

These actually work! I was very skeptical before ordering but a friend gave me one to try. Good adhesion stays on but come off easily after ingredients gave been absorbed. They do have a smell at first but it is not offensive. Smells herbal. Great price
