I cannot say enough good things about the product and the seller. After receiving the item, the seller reached out to me personally to inquire if everything was to my satisfaction. That is great customer service. I would definitely buy from this seller again. As for the product, it is well designed and holds a lot of stuff. I am always on the go, so I need something that can hold multiple bottles of water, snacks, and food containers. I had no problem fitting all of that in the backpack, plus some. Items stay cold or hot for hours. The backpack is sleek and stylish. No one would ever know it's a cooler. You can carry it to work, take it into the amusement parks, or keep it with you in the car. The fact that it is in the form of a backpack makes it easier to carry. The weight is better distributed; no more carrying heavy, hand-held coolers. My hands are free to carry other things. Love, love, love this item!! Trust me, once you get one, your friends will see it and want to borrow it--without ever returning it to you. It's that great.

I use this daily to take in my snacks and lunch. It gets carried all day with 5(ish) bottles of water, chips, fruit, granola bars and bags of nuts, occasionally a thermos of soup or sandwiches. So far it's held up fine.I am a bit worried about the thin bottom and tiny zippers (hence the 4 stars). I hang the bag to try and keep the bottom from getting abraided too quickly.But for the price this thing has held up great so far. I love the separated compartments and all the extra pockets. If this thing lasts a year it will be well worth the price.*UPDATE*This thing is still holding up. I use it daily in a very tough environment. The bottom has developed cracks and began peeling but I have upgraded my review to five stars because it is still working perfectly and does double duty as a snack bag for the beach.

one negative- If your put ice in it and it melts the water will leak out of the zipper if it tips over, or you throw it over your shoulder.For work I used to carry a cooler for drinks and a lunchbox for food (I eat and drink a lot) on top of tool bag and whatever else nah man too much stuff.Get this thing.Has so many pockets. Like probably 8 or 9 compartments including the two main ports of entryStands up on its own that’s kinda cool.Well insulated. Keeps my drinks pretty cool all day in the sun without iceBackpack adjusts for big people. I’m 6’5” and it’ll go bigger than what i needProbably fits like 6 regular size gatorades but you can lay some down on top too before you close it.!I carry like one of those big one gallon water jugs from Kum N Go and a couple big Body Armours and a big Gatorade and I could probably lay some water bottles on top of I wanted, but it’s all about how you stack it.I don’t know. I like it. It’s not my favorite purchase ever, but it’s pretty cool. I like that it stands up easy that’s a neat thing.

I was looking for a light-weight backpack with both insulated and non-insulated sections. I ordered 2 different bags from Amazon and chose this product as its zipper, material, and straps looked and felt more sturdy. I've used this bag from last summer hiking season and very happy with it so far. Insulation part is spacious and very functional (FYI it can also hold a wine bottle when I put it diagonally). I also like the fact that the bag is not too oversized; it doesn't make me look like a turtle (I'm 5'3). Small additional compartments are sturdy and very useful too. I believe this will be my go-to hiking/picnic bag for a long time. My only wish with this product would be more color options.

I bought one of these cooler backpacks to take to festivals a few years ago and fell in love. I bought a second one more recently for my other half to pack lunches and all the things he needs for work. They are great for packing plenty of cold drinks and food in the bottom with ice (it does not leak) and the dry pocket in the top for any food that doesn't need to be chilled. It also has plenty of extra pockets for phones, wallets, sunblock and anything else you may need to take along with you. There is also a hidden pocket against the back you can put money or cards in when you are walking around a lot of people, so no worries about people taking anything important.

I really love this cooler. I use it for my lunch. It's a nice size that I can bring my lunch and maybe a meal for a friend. I don't need any extra bags because of the extra pockets I can store wallet and thing like that. Even carry an umbrella and it fits my tall water bottle. I would definitely recommend this bag and would consider buying it again if needed. But it very sturdy and we'll made so I don't see me needing one anytime soon.

Update 2+ years of hard use and still looks brand new. I still love this backpack! I toss this around all over the place at work. Love love love it!I just got this 5-5-21 and set it up for work on 5-6-21. I am a nurse and this is perfect! I put my stethoscope in the top compartment and my immediate badge and pens in the side top compartment. The front zipper area hold all my other spare pens and such. The cooler compartment is a great size and kept items cold with an icepack all day long. I never trust the fridge on the floors. Its slim and not bulky, so people didnt hit it as I have it in the back of my chair. I have gone through several if these types of cooler backpacks and this is by far the best

This is great for trade work. It's smaller than I expected, but still plenty of room for lunches in the cooler section, which keeps an ice pack mostly solid for about 10 hours. The top section is great for snacks, odds and ends, maybe as a small tool bag. Front pouch is perfect for pens, markers, device accessories, and small tools. Craftsmanship seems very good so far, but we'll see how it holds up over a few months. I'll update if needed, but I'm thinking it'll be fine.
