A birthday present for a friend for a special birthday

I bought myself a new cashmere military style long coat just prior to Christmas and didn’t have a scarf that suited the pale camel colour, so came hunting on here for the ideal pure silk scarf. I found it!This is gorgeous and looks so stunning worn with my new camel coloured coat, but equally as gorgeous worn with my black Barbour. I chose the Purple Rainbow form the choices available and as it was delivered within 24 hours of ordering I was wearing it almost immediately. It looks great both draped around my neck (with just a simple black top on) or halved, around my neck and tucked through when I’m wearing a coat or a jacket etc.I think the Purple Rainbow colours are so lovely and as the shades are so vibrant they brighten up dull and dank winter days whilst this scarf will also take you through to the summer and warmer months. I also see this scarf as pretty ageless too, suiting all generations.The scarf measures in at 185 Cm x 55 Cm and can be worn however you choose to wear it. I may pick up the pink one at some stage too, as the quality of the silk is wonderful.The scarf arrived nicely packaged and upon close inspection was found to be flawless and its currently my favourite scarf.Highly Recommended!!

This scarf is true to the picture. It's beautiful with vibrant colours. It is a very thin silk so it snags easily. I've snagged either the tassles or the scarf itself several times on buttons/fingernails etc. I'm not good at judging lengths so I would say you can wrap it once round your neck comfortably and the ends will hang to about mid-torso. A pretty purchase but perhaps not hardy enough for me.

Lovely colours. Found the scarf to be thinner than anticipated and not quite the silk quality I had expected at all. It was for a special birthday gift and somehow I did not think it looked expensive enough for a gift, but I am sure the receiver will like it as she loves bright colours. On the plus side, being thinner does make it a good little number to pack for holidays, as it will not take up much room and can easily fit into a handbag for the chillier evenings. :)

Beautiful colours, real silk, have given 4 stars because they are delicate, easily snagged, doesn’t trouble me, but good to know
