I’m someone who almost always has to have something over their legs, don’t know why. It can be hot in the summer, so this is my new a/c blanket! It’s perfect. It’s light, it’s not hot, it’s silky and stretchy… comparable to workout wear so I can trick myself into thinking I’m working out. :). But really, it’s a sensory thing - if you have it you know it and this will totally get the job done.

I live in the hottest state so this has helped a lot. Its lightweight and drapes nicely, soft and covers without trapping in heat. During summer its hard to sleep with a cover but this keeps cool to the touch. The only downside is after a while, it warms up to my body heat and stops being cold, but since i bought the big blanket, i just shift it to the side and its fine.

I'm a very light sleeper who's sensitive to small changes in temp at night. This sheet works amazingly. It's a little heavy, but even still, I take it traveling, letting valuable space/weight in my bag go to it because it's so vital to my sleep. It doesn't feel heavy on you, only when you pack it, it weighs more than a regular sheet by a good bit. It's amazing and worth trying if you're a sensitive sleeper.
