This is a well-made item. Easy to adjust and fit with the correct weight distribution. When walking, it adds increased weight for a more taxing workout without feeling drained after the walk.

Easy to put on, comfortable to wear, well balanced. I've going on hour long walks wearing this. It turns an average walk into a workout. I have a 20lb one right now. Might get a heavy one later.

I use this to increase the strength of my torso and trunk muscles across the abdomen and lower back. The elastic portions feel like they won't last terribly long so I will have to adjust that aspect in about a year or so, probably will have a little less floof to compensate for. It can be a little harsh on bare skin or any sort of above shoulder level exercise as the edging digs in deep and gravity pulls tight with the weight. Neoprene is a great touch however the sands can fall into odd or uncomfortable positions. Running is a bit uncomfortable with chest pressure and close contact against the weak lower ribs and mid back. Some soreness after just an hour of wear doing basic every day tasks

I got the 25 pound green vest. It’s comfortable and easy to walk/train in. I would recommend if you’re looking for something easy to throw on! I’m 5’4” and 150 pounds, female. And it fits pretty well. I wish I could tighten the front straps just a little more, to secure it a little bit better to my body. And the smell of it is horrible. I had to leave it outside because of the chemical like smell coming from it. It smells almost like diesel fuel. Other than that it seems well made and it’s working out well.

I use for extra weight on step ups or on the treadmill doing incline wrk. Well made and the vest fits close to body and is adjustable with sturdy straps. I’ve used the vests that allow user to increase or decrease weight plates and the fit is much less comfortable. Downside is 25lbs (size I bought) is always 25lbs. When using on mntn trail for rucking I can wear a 15L backpack on top for water/food holding which gives more weight if I want it. Using this vest where weight is on front and back feels different then a typical rucking vest where weight slid into pack only on back. Almost feels harder…there must be muscles I’m having to utilize wearing this vest which I don’t using ruck pack. Highly recommend this vest. You can even wear doing household chores….that too is a wrkout!

Most weight vests are bulky & move too much. This vest sits comfortably on my shoulders & chest with little to no movement.

Pros: form fitting with even weight distribution, doesn't chafe, doesn't look like you're a stolen valor wannabe, reflective with bright colors available for night and hunting season trail runs, and unlike the body armor I wore on the job, it's breathable and doesn't get all sweaty.Cons: a strong, plastic smell on arrival that seems to be fading.Shown is the 25 pound vest in orange.9/10 would recommend.

The vest itself is fine and comfortable. But it smells sooooooo bad, and the smell sticks to your clothing. I put mine outside overnight to air out and it's not much better. Hoping this fades away soon so I can use it.

I got the 10 lbs vest and I use it for walking. It’s very comfortable and sits well on my body. I initially thought it would be too heavy but that’s not the case once worn. I love it!
