It is okay. It has been helpful with keeping me moving when I am working long hours, which is what I purchased it for. I have a couple of hang-ups though. I was aware when I purchased that it does not save your progress and will reset any time you stop pedaling for more than a couple of seconds. I did not realize how frustrating this would be. Now that I have gotten used to it, I have started setting daily goals and it is hard to remember to write down my stats every time I have to stop pedaling to step away from my desk, or do anything else that requires me to stop for more than 3 seconds, maybe even 2. It clears really quickly after you stop, even if you select pause. My other issue is that it slips a lot and the rubber grips keep coming off. It's not a super big deal, but it has gotten annoying over time. Will probably give this to my teenager for when he is gaming (because he sits at my desk specifically so he can use it) and find one that fits my needs now.

It’s okay, definitely better than nothing! I didn’t realize it was automated when I bought it, so it kind of pedals for you, which makes me feel like I don’t get enough work out of it. But my calf’s were sore the next day after the first time I used it so it’s definitely doing something! I know there’s a way to do it with just the weight that you use to move it, but that one doesn’t have any pre-set workouts that it it harder or easier, which I like.The main reason I chose this elliptical over other was for the app. It does work & I really like that I don’t have to bend under my desk every time I want to pause it or change the setting!However one an area it could improve is the area where it tracks your stats. It only shows metric measurements, or at least I haven’t found any way to change the settings to miles/ft etc. Another thing I don’t like is that the e measurements will reset when you hit pause. I could understand it resetting if I hit end or stop, but to me pause just means I’m taking a quick break & will restart soon. & there’s no where that I could see where it saves the info to look back on. Luckily I have a fitness tracker watch that has an indoor bike/elliptical track setting, but it would be nice to be able to compare the two & see how they differ but I almost always forget to not pause before taking a screenshot of the measurements on the app & then having to convert from metric to U.S. units is a lot of extra work that would be nice if the app could do for me.

The machine itself works well. However, the remote evidently is inoperative. I've tried several different batteries and the remote does not come on. When I tried to reach customer service from the company for advice I was told that since it was sold through Amazon, I had to contact their customer service. They offered to refund my money or send me an entirely new machine. No one could help me with or replace a simple remote.

This product works great for providing some form of movement during the day if you have a sedentary job. The biggest thing for me that I wish it had was more resistance so that it would feel more like a small workout. Other than that it works as advertised and isn’t too heavy to pickup and move around when needing to relocate it.

I made such an amazing investment with this machine. My legs are definitely feeling stronger. I work from home so I don't get as much excercise. It's so simple to use. Download the app, program the speeds and it'll go automatically. Great machine!!

Great for seniors or for people who don't walk everyday. Unit is portable, keyboard control center console or remote control via App on I/OS or Android, low cost vs CUBII competitor, calorie and track count, reverse walking also. Comes with a small non slide mouse pad like mat.You can also pedal manually without any assist from the unit.
