I recently purchased this product to trim a bunch of Ash tree branches. I'm female and 5' 5". This tree saw was very easy to assemble. I was able to easily trim 4 inch thick branches within minutes. Once I got to the center of the branch the whole branch would break off. Granted Ash trees are light in density and easy to saw through with a sharp blade. The poles are heavy-duty, sturdy and strong. The blades are sharp but I think applying a coat of oil on the metal surface may help with preventing the blades from getting stuck while sawing through the branches. I recommend this product.

I was looking for a pruner/saw that would go higher than the telescoping pole I have. This one does the job and includes both saw blades and a pruning shear. The saw blades work well and I got my main job completed. I had a small issue with the pruning shear and the company responded and sent me a replacement part. To me, that gives me a lot of confidence in a company that stands behind their product and takes care of their customers.

Once completely assembled bows and was very awkward to balance to reach branches that needed pruned. It will take a couple people just to raise it to the branches.

Very nice saw. From 3 to 26 feet long. Each piece is 3 foot long and screws together. Real nice 👍

Ordered because I need the string trimmer to cut small branches from a tall tree. The pictures clearly shows it comes with one. I returned the first one and requested a replacement be sent. The second one just arrived and 8s also missing the stringer trimmer. Only comes with the saw trimmer, extra saw blade and saw cover. The pictures with the string trimmer need to be removed if it does not come with it. Going to order something else.

Considering that out of all things in life the only thing I may be good at and get enjoyment out of is yardwork, this pole/saw enriched my life. To clarify what I saw someone else complain about on a similar product.1. The pull cord is that short for a reason. For anything longer than it allows then use the saw attachment.2. Don't use the pull cord sheers on branches too thing. I did and bent the hell out of the the sheers then had to hammer them back into shape.And it's not absolutely perfect but for the price you can't go wrong.

I had a little issue with it but they handled it quickly. The tool is awesome to have cuts like butter and the pruner works like a dream. I would recommend you buy this product from this company.

The only reason Im not giving this 5 stars is because I had to modify the blade cover and if you dont have the strength to control the flimsiness when all the extensions are used I can see it failing at a joint of the extension itself. Other then that the blades come ready to go and if your only needing 10 or 15 ft it's perfect. I trimed some large branches with it and had no problem
