WOW! Where was this when I was a kid!
This invention is brilliant! No more needing to refill my water glass after a couple uses to clean my brush. I love how the well space, to clean the brush, is small. This means there is little waste when the dirty water is cleared. The water can be cleared over 40 times (counted). I had one problem at the beginning with not spilling the water when putting the thing back together after refilling it. The trick was to tilt it into a V shape with the well pointing up when putting it together and when moving it. That way the water can not travel down into it until it is set down. My 4 year old and I enjoy using this so much , we would gift it to others.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Would give this 0 stars if I could. The screw that came with it doesn’t fit so the stopper/drain is not actually attached securely as it’s supposed to be. Also, the cup for clean water just sits on top of the tank (the white box) and does not actually affix/lock in place. This brush cleaner is a great idea, but the way this one is designed and made is terrible and barely functional. Do not buy this if you have kids - it will create a far bigger mess than using a regular cup of water.

Instructions were lacking but works overall.
The media could not be loaded. It comes completely disassembled and the instructions aren’t super clear as to how the pieces go together for the drain part into the lower basin. The upper reservoir is okay, leaked a little first try but was able to remove and reseat the lid and stopped it. Fun to use as you drain away the waste water from brush cleaning into the lower basin. The upper reservoir has threads lid it would accept a jar lid, but the lid provided doesn’t have threads, so it’s just a push on to fit and seal. I didn’t screw the arm in all the way as it sealed and was still easy to press the button to drain.

Good idea, not great design
This is okay. Good idea, not amazing design. It's a bit unstable and water will spill if you aren't careful.

Great device
Came with no instructions but easy to figure out. One of the inside mounting pins was sheered off but it still works. I use it to rinse my brushes when i use acrylics on model kits. I know about 50 brands of this same thing are out there but one suggestion for the manufacturers is to add a gasket ot threads to the jar where it fits in the base. I'd kind of hard to put the lid assembly back on while trying to hold the jar in place. i can't imagine a child doing it without a lot of spills.

So convenient
I love this thing. It's perfect for when I'm messing around with gouache and watercolors. If you're having leaking problems, tighten the screw underneath! That fixed all my issues

Not bad
Great idea but the one I received may have been defective. The plunger part didn’t seal or come close to sealing so water would constantly pour through. I ended up modifying myself with a rubber washer.
