Q: how do they in snow and freezing temptures

Traction is pretty good, I tried sliding my foot while they were soaked and it didn’t slip, hope it works for you.

Q: the plastic looks very thin. Does it warp in the sun over time?

I assembled it last summer and it still looks the same

Q: can it be cut to size?

No...the squares are individual snap fit squares. If you cut them, you'll loose that feature

Q: Can these be use for wheelchairs pasages?

I wouldn't use them for that the groves in the tiles would catch the wheels. Mine are being used for a sun deck and are very easy to put together as along as they are placed on a hard surface
