Doesn’t turn on - Time waste
Brought this item and paid for both shipping and for return as well (around 25$ additional out of pocket). I have followed all the instructions during installation but it doesn’t turn on or show any light. After all the patience I lost, decided to return it on my own cost even after spending around 190$

FitcamX Model B Black A6 C7
Easy to install & set up (YouTube install guide via QR scan if you need it), such a discreet & stealthy bit of kit, unless you knew what to look for you'd never notice it, looks very OEM. Image quality is great also & app is very easy to use. Very smart bit of design & engineering. Seller was very helpful in providing Audi A6 C7 model b version in black (not listed) to match car interior.

Be careful of this seller
This was advertised as being compatible with Audi A6 2013-17 models, it was not. Seller asked me to return it for refund, which I did get. The return address was in Barcelona, I returned it with UPS, was then informed that they could not deliver it to the address supplied, so they returned it to me in the UK.I have now received a bill for return shipping and import duty.I'm also stuck with the dash cam, although it's no use to me.So just be careful.

Elegante Entscheidung. Kein saugnapf Kein Kabelsalat.
Lange danach gesucht, so n dachcam ohne kabel zusätzlich zu verlegen. Optimale lösung.Perfekte Werkzeug dabei, sowie microsd Adapter zu USB. Die Kamera selbst ist solide gebaut mit vergummten Rand. UNBEDINGT Installations video anschauen! Hatte fast fehler gemacht.Im Auto muss man bißchen vorsichtig mit Spiegel Verkleidungen umgehen- ohne Eile geht es schon.Kamera sitzt perfekt, Verkleidungen paßt danach auch perfekt an.Kamera angebracht, Kabel verlegt/versteckt. Angeschaltet, mit kamera wlan das Handy verbunden. Funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Auflösung ist voll in Ordnung. Videos kann man auch aufs Handy herunterladen/speichern, geht ziemlich flott. Bis jetzt bin voll zufrieden.
