Rigid and supportive, yet comfortable
I use these Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis by the QBK Store more for my fallen arches than for heel issues. The arch is rigid yet comfortable, and the heel cup cradles my heel with cushion shock absorption. I didn’t have to cut the size small to fit my women’s size 6 ½ shoe so they slipped in easily in my Asics sneakers. Nothing special about these but I do like them for their comfort and support.

Heel lifts, which are bad for bunions. Otherwise, good support and well padded for impact.
These lift your heel, but because they only fit in the back half of your shoe, your toes and the ball of your feet are then downhill from your heel. They feel like wearing heels. You do get used to that, but from experience, I know this is bad for bunions (it will make them worse or help to create them if you are susceptible to them). It does this because the lift on the back of the foot causes pressure to slide towards the front of the foot due to the natural effect of gravity – this then puts a forward pressure on all your toe bones, which pushes the bunion outward. Some people have no issues with a heel only shoe insert – but know the risks. As far as rear inserts go, these are nice ones. They are supportive and the heel impact “bump” is well padded and really does decrease shock when you step down. The side support is there for those who pronate. They seem like they will not flatten out over time as the underlying material is quite rigid. If you step down hard and heel pain is your issue, these may really work for you.

Decent Heel & Arch Support
These heel cushion insoles are really comfortable to wear, and I appreciate how easy they are to slip into most all of my shoes. On some of my shoes, I did remove the insole first, so that these would fit better. They are longer than I expected, but that’s a great thing for me. One of the issues I’m dealing with is a little overpronation on one of my feet. These do a decent job of providing some arch support and relieving some of the pain in that area. As far as the actual heel portion goes, I just feel so much more comfort and support when wearing these. The amount of cushioning provided in that area makes long days standing on my feet much more tolerable. The massage ball in the heel area took a little getting used to, but it’s a nice feeling after a while. I think for a pair, this is a decent value, and I’m enjoying them so far.

Provides good support and relief
I got these arch support inserts for my husband. It took him a few days to get used to them but now he's happy with them. They provide good support and relief for him. He's on his feet all day long at work and he said his feet don't hurt at the end of the day like before. He gives them 2 thumbs up.

Good relief but not for all shoe types
I got these to help with plantar fasciitis pain. They can be worn in my wider tennis shoes and they are very comfortable in those (I wear these on most days while I'm not working). My more narrow trainers these don't fit in very well. I do like the fit and arch of these inserts and I recommend them.

Not a good fit for me
I'm usually a men's 10 1/2 W or 11, so I got the Large. I guess I was expecting full-length insoles, which these weren't--so they only fill up the back of the shoes. The heel indent was a little too forward for me, and no amount of adjustment would get them in a place where they were comfortable. Instructions suggest carefully trimming, but I would need to trim the back, which is quite thick and seems impossible. These might work great for some, but they didn't for me...

Takes some getting used to, but they do help
These insoles are great relief for plantar fasciitis. But, if you are wearing just for arch support, they are still great but you’ll quickly notice that this insole doesn’t cover the entire shoe. I mention this because with the plantar fasciitis you just focus on the pain relief. After a while I was starting to notice that I could feel the end of the insole which was a bit annoying, but I new I just had to not think about it. For plantar fasciitis, i think I prefer the band with the support that you slip your foot into. But I think these are still pretty good, but not for me.
