I recently injured myself (knee/ACL) during my workout. After sometime being on my feet my right knee will get a bit achy, so I was searching for a shoe cushion to absorb some of the impact when walking and I came across Bloomlab heel cups. First of all the fit and comfort is superior and when standing and/or walking the cushion heel cups absorbs the impact so it takes the tension off my knees. To keep in place, you can peel off the sticker for a more secure fit or keep the sticker on and place in various shoes. Super easy.

Cushy and did provide some relief. But for me it was uncomfortable to have it only cover the heel — I was super aware of where the insert stopped under my foot. Also it’s thick enough to provide some support, but that left me feeling like I was walking in heels. Good product but not what I was looking for unfortunately.

Hello! I’ve been trying this product out with various shoe types and I love them! These shoes are where I loved them best. With thinner dressy shoes they sometimes felt a bit bulky and similarly with sneakers I could feel them too much because there is already a lot of padding. But this style shoe was perfect - they are completely hidden and my feet were so comfy and supported!

I have only used these 2 times. First was alright. But by the second I can’t even tell they are there. I don’t feel they have enough of a support to help.

I’ve been wanting some cushioning and support when wearing heels. I wear heels everyday at work and my feet often get very tired. I can across these gel pads and with the great price point thought I may as well give them a try, especially as they are reusable and only $8! I put them in my stiletto pumps that I wear religiously on the daily to work and it was an unusual feeling to begin with but my feet soon settled in and now I don’t know what I would do without them. These have really transformed how my feet feel on a day to day basis and so I’m very thankful for coming across these. I tried these with my sneakers but didn’t really feel them to be necessary but anytime I wear heels with a closed back I know I will be using these from on!

I bought this item hoping it would be soft enough to cushion my heal as I take a step. Unfortunately, it didn't work for my plantar fasciitis pain.
