This is a balanced review of the product. Excellent value for money for sure and picture quality is excellent (I am only using 3 out of the 4 cameras, but more can be added), although night image could do with more illumination. Very easy to set up. However, you must ensure that you buy the specific type of Hard Drive to go with it. I bought the one suggested by Amazon (+ product) and the Zosi DVR did not recognize it, so had to send the hard drive back and buy a replacement as suggested by Zosi of Seagate SKYHAWK Surveillance hard drive, which then worked. One thing they do not tell you in the guide is which Zosi App to download. (Zosi Smart or Zosi View App) you have to ensure that you download the correct App for your system. Customer Service, support and communication by Zosi is Outstanding.Update on product 9 March 2020. I had a small problem with one of the cameras, but without any hesitation Zosi have sent me a new camera with great communication and customer support under their 2 year warranty.

Absolutely brilliant, Zosi have got a really good system here the price is great, the DVR is of good build quality it has good feature to set up cameras, it runs fast with no interruptions, the cameras that came are 1080p and are brilliant quality and cables are very well made, mouse is good, easy to set up Zosi smart app on iPhone, I used a power line adapter to connect into the back of the dvr and into my router instead of running cable it practically sets its self up with IP address all you need to do is download the app and to scan the code on top of the dvr for it to connect with DVR.

Only used for a month to watch my 3 cats while I worked was Easy to set up and easy to take down when I realised my now ex boyfriend had logged onto it and had been spying on me without my knowledge but overall great camara good visual stream c

Was ok and good for the price but after a couple of weeks camera 1 just went off and couldn't get it back on tried a different cable but still no good but as for the company 5stars for getting this resolved with no hassle

Cameras are easy to install also the app on the phone. Picture is not the greatest but you can see what you need to.

After owning a Kare CCTV for several years and being rather pleased I was a bit dissapointed when the DVR stopped working, as both cameras still worked I bought these kit and as it has connections for 4 cameras and only co es with 2, one would assume it is a simple case of plug in and off you go!WRONG! For some reason the DVR has changed the image coming from the camera and has zoomed it making it look horrible (I have added a photo showing the same camera on the old Kare box and the exact same camera on Zosi where it is clearly not displaying the same. Zosi claim their box is not compatible with other brand cameras so it isn't a DVR as that suggests any camera providing correct connections will work instead it is limited to their cameras.Highly dissapointed something that should have been half hour fix now requires me to take down old cameras although they all work fine and then re wire and install new cameras.Knowing what I know now I should have gone for a more known brand such as Samsung whoms DVR is able to use a variety of cameras, bullet or dome and different resolutions with no problem whatsoeverBuy CHEAP buy TWICE

I purchased this cctv October 2019 I was not expecting much because it was only a budget system.It exceeded my expectations it works perfect with my new cameras and my old camera's, picture quality is great I can watch and record not only on my monitor but also on my smart phone and tablet.The best part for me was the excellent customer service from Rainbow at zosi tech support I had a problem with a camera in April 2020 I sent a message to zosi and received another camera 7 days later.Thank you Zosi for a great system I have already ordered another set for a family member.

I bought this Zosi CCTV system to replace my old 4 channel system and having fitted it I am very impressed with the quality it was so easy to set up and thanks to the Zosi software there's no need to port forward your router I would certainly recommend this product great quality at a very low price.
