I purchased this item to carry my DJI Phantom 3 standard around in and store it in. The first words I can use to describe this product are extraordinary.I shopped around for many weeks searching for a bag to keep and carry my DJI drone around in, I had looked at a few very cheap bags and also the official DJI bags., but he problem with them where many just looked like you were walking round with the DJI box attached to your back.I found this bag on a different website first at around double the price, I had read up on it and was willing to pay the full price. I had a quick look on amazon and found they were doing a deal which meant I could get the bag for pretty much half price, BARGAIN!Manfrotto have done an excellent job with this back pack and it is perfect for any and all DJI drone owners. The bag itself fits the drone in a centre patch which is supported by three pouches which can be used to store any and all your accessories. I use these pouches mainly for the charging leads and plugs and any spare leads I need to connect to my laptop. The bag has two spare battery slots meaning you can carry around 3 batteries easily, (more if you use the other compartments), the controller fits above the drone in its own slot and this is all protected by a canvas padded lid that simply zipps up.The bag doesn’t stop there! The bag also has another compartment at the top which when opened is big enough to store your dslr along with two lenses, perfect if you want to fly your drone and take some awesome pictures. Another pocket on back of the bag which runs from top to bottom is able to store your laptop and tablet which is connected to the controller. This means you can transfer your images and videos straight away without leaving your filming location.Overall this had to be the best and most surprising purchase I have brought from amazon. Brilliant back pack. I was a little hesitant at first due to the price but the cost of the backpack is a relatively small price compared to the cost of the Phantom 4 and the peace of mind to keep the drone safe/secure when you are out and about. I bought this backpack for my DJI Phantom 4 drone as an alternative to the styrofoam type moulded case provided as I thought this would be a more comfortable and easy way to transport the drone when you are out and about and a more discrete design than the "boxy" alternatives. The case provided with the Phantom 4 is of a good design but I think more for transportation and storage than "lugging" around on long walks or up hills/mountains. The Manfrotto D1 backpack is excellent quality, really well thought out design wise and really comfortable to carry. The backpack can quite comfortably and securely store the drone, batteries, charger leads, propellers, laptop and iPad. The additional compartment at the top is brilliant for storing a full size DSLR with fitted zoom/prime lens and a flash/additional lens/accessories as required. The only criticism and common observation is that the newly designed batteries for the DJI Phantom 4 do not fit in the 2 storage pockets. This is not a deal breaker as there is plenty of storage for at least 3 or so batteries. I am really pleased with the backpack which serves it purpose really well and for the excellent quality/design/durability/robustness which makes it very good value.

I don't usually write reviews but thought I would on this occasion. I am a professional videographer and wanted a backpack to keep my phantom 4 pro safe but also large enough to take my mirrorless system with me. This ticks every box! The bag is extremely well packed and can fit:Phantom 4 pro, all the 3 batteries, controller, nds, chargers etc. 2 Fuji Xt3 bodies, 2 massive cine lenses (or about 5 smaller lenses atleast) 17 inch laptop in the rear laptop compartment and charger. Side pockets for any other random bits and there is also more storage around the drone for anything extra. The best bit is that this fits within 90% of airline hand luggage allowance sizes. It's comfy and seems well made. Worth the price over some of the cheaper alternatives! As I've bought cheaper ones before and the straps have come loose or broken whilst carrying kit. And when you're carrying thousands of pounds of camera gear on your back thats the last thing you want!

I bought the backpack for my Phantom 4 PRo v.2.0 which is the same size i guess as the Phantom 4. The drone fits but it is quite crammed inside, and if you do have the remote with the build in screen that is a tight fit too. The side pockets can be used for propellers or other accessories. It is very comfortable to wear for long walks, well build and comes with a rain cover inside. I would love to give`it 5 stars but will stick with four since the drone and remove are quite crammed inside. The good part of it is that you can fit other things like a tablet or laptop, food, accessories inside, because of the extra pockets.

I own a phantom 3 advanced. For me the product works great. Here are my arguments:The backpack is pricy, and therefore not foreveryone. But if you can afford it, it's definitely worth the money. And relatively to the cost of the drone you are carrying it's not so bad.Extemely confortable to carry, well distributed weight all across shoulders, back, waist and chest. Feels weightless.Lots of pockets to carry cables and what ever you need. The backpack design and materials feel very premium.
