Fast germination & regrowth. Delicious flavours.
Easy to grow, fast germination & leaves come back quickly & plentiful after picking. Really delicious flavours. Nothing like it on the super market shelves. Really great buy!

Excellent
I bought these last year but didn't get around to planting them until this year. I've consistently found that seeds from Premier Seeds Direct, having bought their seeds and other supplier's seeds of the same varieties, always grow much faster and produce better plants than every other product I've bought, having actually experimented and planted both at the same time, so I've now started seeking them out when buying seeds. I grew these ones in my polytunnel, didn't bother to thin them, and this photo was taken after I'd had several salads already from them, because I forgot to take a photo beforehand, so they were even bigger than this. The selection of leaves is really good, tasty and interesting, this was only about a quarter of the packet, and I've just bought two more packets to fill the rest of my beds. I'll definitely be buying this product every year.

Usually these are good but what I was sent this time did not look like lettuce
This is the 4th time I have ordered these seeds and the 3 times previously I have been very happy with the results. I am not sure what I was sent this time (August 2025) but they took a bit longer to come through and were definitely not lettuce leaves! As I didn't know what it was I dug it all up and threw it in the compost bin. I will try another order since I was successful on the three previous occasions, may have just been a dodgy batch.

Sowed in tub, 24 September 2026, and now just broken the surface. Early days, but aiming to eat for Christmas.
