Problems with the device
The media could not be loaded. For two weeks it worked perfectly fine, I was working on getting used to having back buttons when all of a sudden my ADS trigger on my controller stopped working. Now I want to clarify, that1) I didn’t switch the button to a button on the device2) even when mapping buttons to the device you could still use that button (ie if you switch your A to M2 the A would still work)And I know it’s a problem with the product itself since I took it off and used my regular batteries my ADS trigger worked perfectly fine.

great product with a lot of functionality for a good price and simple to use. once I got a wireless xbox mic to go with it, I was in heaven.

Neat in theory
I like the idea of this device, but for me it is hard to press some of the buttons. It definitely will take some getting used to. The unit snaps onto your Xbox Series X/S controller and has its own battery pack inside. I liked using it when hooked up to my PC and I could map all the buttons. Very neat device that I will have to get used to.

Non functioning in the headset
When the armor x pack is plugged in my wired headset does not work. When I put regular batteries in, it does. Other than that I like the design and the feel so far.
