Cheaper than a masseuse?
I have purchased this foam roller to help relieve my aging and tensing muscles. I use this roller for release therapy. I place it beneath my lower back just about the waistline the let my back sag slowly releasing tension in my lower back, same with my knees, legs, and arms. I do not roll until my tension it somewhat released. This roller gives my legs aid in circulating my blood as I roll upon it the length of my leg. The roller is portable and lightweight. I love how it grips good onto my yoga mat so as not to slip away causing any undesired shifting. Please note, NOT all rollers are the same. I plan to inquire as to if this company offers a "STARTER" roller. I will buy different colors for different levels of massage. This roller is VERY FIRM . When shopping for rollers think of it as walking before running, you can't go full throttle at first. This roller gives a very deep massage something of which my muscles aren't ready for as a first step. Although I love the size and the deep vibrant Spring Green coloring of the foam which borders an extremely hard core almost PVC like, I will continue to shop for a softer roller to use prior to using this one. I would buy t his a gift giving for others but probably not seniors. Using the foam roller is like having your own personal masseuse but more convenient and far less expensive.

Love using this after the gym to help prevent soreness. I used to use it at Hotworx since they use a foam roller at the end of each section and it was nice to have my own! Works for what it needs to and comes in fun colors!

Look at the size carefully! Its really small!

Do not buy. Cracked after a month of use.
I only weigh 160lbs and the internal plastic tube cracked only after around 10 to 15 uses. You'll be far better off getting a solid foam roller instead of a hollow one. But if you really want a hollow foam roller, get a higher quality one that uses better materials; this one is complete garbage.
