Good Design
24cm in high is really good for sauce or soup heating. The internal measurement guide is useful for liquid quick measure. Used a month but not everyday, the material seems to keep good.

Very good buy and the build quality is excellent.
Wanted a jug saucepan for boiling eggs. A friend has one and because it is taller than most saucepans the water covers the eggs whilst boiling. It will also do fine for soup/sauces and gravy. The inside is well marked in litres so you can judge how much liquid you need to add. Hesitated a bit before buying because I thought it was a bit expensive but when it arrived I could see why it cost so much. It is very well made. Good thick base and the handle is well riveted to the base. It will outlast me so quality wise it is worth the money. Ordered it on Standard Delivery and it arrived the next day. I was amazed how quick the delivery was.

Stylish Milk Pan
Well constructed from a heavy gauge stainless steel, induction hob friendly. A really useful size with handy contents markings inside. And it looks really cool. A great addition to the kitchen, we use it more than we thought we would.

Has absolutely no non-stick parts
I just want to start the review off by highlighting the main annoyance I had with the information on this item, and that is the "Teflon Platinum Pro triple-layered non-stick options." that is mentioned in the description. I found this very unclear at the time of buying, and even the description on the manufacturer's product page for this item is vague ( "Durable - triple layer - Teflon Pro Platinum Non-Stick (were applicable)" ). This product is entirely made of stainless steel and has no non-stick properties incorporated into it.Not necessarily a bad thing as I don't need to worry about whether the non-stick coating will scratch or wear off over time, but it does mean the whisks designed for non-stick pots/pans that I bought in advance were unnecessary purchases. That said, it is of a high quality build, that I can imagine lasting a very long time. I was apprehensive about the high prices that these milk/sauce pots seems to be going for, but if it lasts as long as I imagine, then it would be well worth the money. The manufacturer offers a lifetime guarantee on it should there be any manufacturing defects. The diameter of the pan is 140mm and it tapers slighty to the heavy bottom/thick base at 120mm. The height is 135mm, and the length of the pan including the handles is 200mm. It holds 1.8 litres, but if you're going to be whisking I would reduce this down to 1.6 litres to avoid spillages. There are single measurement markings on the inside of the pot (on the side opposite to where the handles join) starting from 1/2 pint and goes up incrementally by a quarter of a pint up to 3 pints and 400ml increasing by 200ml until 1.8 litres. It would be nice if the starting range were smaller say 200ml or even 100ml, and the markings were present on more than one side but this is a very minor request.Handles are riveted on and does not become hot to the touch provided the heating area is not larger than the size of the base. They are of a rounded triangular shape which I find comfortable and secure to hold when the handles are held to the left or the right side of the pot. Trying to hold the handles with the pot in front however feels awkward and unnatural for me. I would have preferred a more neutral handle design, and this is one of two reasons I deducted it to a 4 star rating. The pot does not come with a lid, but any 14cm lid should work with it. In my case I bought a "Judge Vista Universal Vented Glass Lid" (product code JJL2) which can be bought off this site. The rim of the pot is flared making pouring liquids cleaner. There is no spout - which is the other reason for the 4 stars. The lack of spout renders any draining lids useless. As the base of this pot is pretty small compared to other pots and pans, you will need to use a lower flame (to avoid it coming up the sides and heating up the handles) which in turn means it won't be as quick as if you are cooking at full power. Just something to be aware of.Overall I'm happy with the purchase but some minor space for improvements. By the way, I believe this item can be seen used on the BBC show, "Sweets Made Simple".Update: Since buying a portable induction hob, I can now confirm that this works fine on it.

Sub standard.
Versatile stockpot, happy with this but the rim looks like it’s rusting. It’s supposed to be stainless steel. Only had this for a tad over 2 months. Shouldn’t have procrastinated and returned within the returns window but it’s too late now. Seller may have got a batch on the cheap, do examine carefully if you order.
